5 stars doesn’t do Darren justice! My solicitor explained I needed to provide evidence of my mortgage raising capacity (or lack thereof) for my pending divorce. I had just signed up for the service and i badly need to increase my credit. We had an employee steal our IRS withholding payments for almost 2 years and now i have about 5 months left to refinance some medical equipment or we’re going to have to sell alot of equipment and it will make it harder to get our jobs done. Darren and Nicki from BMI were excellent. Always willing to answer any queries or concerns over the phone or email. A first mortgage can always be daunting, but BMI were superb by explaining every step of the way. For a big task like this it is always important to have someone just at the end of the phone and this place is not a call centre but a great personal experience.
