Adam did a wonderful job with getting myself and my son moved over to Nationwide at a great discount. He was also able to move my homeowners over to Nationwide. For both home and auto I saved money and got additional coverage.

Agent has given me inconsistent and inaccurate information, hard to get ahold of anyone, unable to look up old policy info for some reason and rates have increased.

We have been doing business with this company for decades. We have "comparison shopped" occasionally, and not one company could beat the price and coverage that we have. It is also effortless, our bill is paid via auto withdrawal and we are secure in knowing we are protected. If we have an issue or question the folks in the office are always happy to help.

Appreciated the phone call from Nashua to notify me of an issue with my policy with Farmers Mutual. She was out of the office for follow up, but one of her colleagues, Tim, was able to help me with the issue. The office was very good with follow up and making sure the issue was addressed.

Not impressed with LEAKBOT. It detects a leak then a plumber is dispatched to investigate 3 WEEKS LATER!
