Blue Monarch’s Excellence & Safety are reasons why I prefer Blue Monarch for NEMT Services
I’ve been a patient of Blue Monarch since mid July 2024 to the present date. They provide me services on Mondays, Wed & Fridays of every week. Blue Monarch’s Priority is Safety for their patient’s! I’ve been their patient since mid July as a Gurney Transport to and from DaVita (Dialysis Clinic). I feel VERY safe and worry free when Blue Monarch transports me. I’ve used other NEMT Services and am uneasy because most of the drivers with the other companies are NASCAR Drivers meaning they’re heavy on the gas pedal and some are light chasers and those other companies when I’m being transferred to their Gurney there’s no slide board for a safer transfer. They just use their brute strength to transfer me to their Gurney which is uncomfortable and I become worried that they’re going to miscalculate and I might fall onto the ground. I think the reason for the other companies they’re on a tight schedule so they ensure their patients make it to their appointment regardless of the patient’s safety. Blue Monarch is MY #1 choice when it comes to NEMT Services and for private transport if needed! And Blue Monarch treats their patients with respect and care!! Blue Monarch should be for everyone who needs NEMT Services!! I’m 100% assured when I use Blue Monarch!! I put 100% TRUST in Blue Monarch!!EXCELLENT NEMT Services and wouldn’t change them for ANY other NEMT Services!!
