This really has not been a good experience. I was told my website would be ready in 48-72 hours. 2 weeks later, it still wasn't ready. I tried to give benefit of the doubt because I was also working my full time job while navigating this. However, the first few days consisted of them telling me they couldn't get access and needed me to do things that weren't necessary and asking me for my login credentials.. Two different people told me they were my project manager. One kept trying to upsell me and get me to spend another $400 to not use my Shopify account I've already started the process on and paid for. They kept calling me repeatedly, even the first time they reached out I had 3 or 4 missed calls within 10 minutes. And I told them I'm not openly available for calls, but they would still call. When I reached out today to see about when my website would be ready, they said they were just waiting on legal to finish my paperwork and then it would be ready. I received a text a few hours later saying it was "ready to go." I have received numerous emails to my personal email since then from spam bots on inquiring about my site, only to go look at my site and see not only is it NOT finished like I was told, but my HOME ADDRESS!!!! PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER AND EMAIL are all listed clear as day as how to contact me. I'm baffled by this. The only positive was the design itself looks good. But even that, they didn't follow my instructions on things that I didn't want on my home page. For how much money I've sent to this company, this is unacceptable. Oh and the logo I paid for them to make AND have copyrighted doesn't even say my brand name. They misspelled it. I genuinely have no words. This is wild.

The Team was outstanding and very responsive to every one of my requests. I had particular involvement with Sophia Brown who was super responsive, emailed me with ideas and suggestions for by Shopify store. I just wish I was able to complete my project. They let me pay 50% at contract signing and the balance at completion. I would recommend this company.
