Love the stock, fast delivery

Gorgeous items, promptly posted and well packed.

It wasn’t difficult to use the website and choose what I wanted to order. Order confirmation came swiftly and was delivered within the stated timescale . The mice were very safely packed so arrived in top condition . I was soon thanked for my order and told how many paw points I had earned . Great service from start to finish !

The sweetest tiny Teddy. Huge box for him but it did mean he came in excellent condition.

Fast delivery and great customer service. And what a lovely doll at a great price and it’s not easy to get hold of these dolls in just any shops. Would return to buy other stuff from here for sure:)

Good range of products, fast delivery

Quick delivery, nice packaging. Item as described.

I pre ordered Spring Maileg stock in January and as soon as everything had arrived it was packaged off immediately in June; as soon as the shipment arrived. It’s always tricky preordering stock so early, but Bluebell’s Burrow is such a credible shop that cares about the customers and the type of stock selected to sell. If you are looking for a shop that genuinely believes in enhancing and supporting imaginative play in little ones - and not so little ones, then I highly recommend this one.

With our order we were expecting the little brother and sister mouse which we didnt recieve, despite it being stated on the order and order receipt that they come with the suitcasa. We were told after its not included. Our daughter was extremely disappointed, as were we.

Easy to order
Fast response with good delivery service.
Love your products which are so well made

Always get a speedy delivery and fantastic customer service, highly recommend Bluebell Burrow 😊

Beautiful items, very fast delivery and good strong packaging.

I ordered a Maileg panda for my granddaughter’s birthday. It arrived very promptly - it is the second item I have ordered from them and I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again.

I'm new to collecting Maileg, and found myself very (to say the least!) Confused over sizing!
Bluebells Burrow made it a lot easier for me with all the posts and i absolutely love the Bundles!
Clear and easy instructions to follow, updates excellent
Just need more money now to get some more pieces! Used some of my 60th Birthday money on some as they are definitely a keepsake, pass onto grandchildren gift
Would definitely recommend x

Exceptional service and products, an item was missed from our delivery, they responded to my email immediately and sent it straight out with apologies

My granddaughters love the little maileg mice and we spent some time looking at them and there were some delightful items to choose from- ordering is easy and even pre-order on some items- it means waiting for everything else in that particular order which I hadn’t realised- probably didn’t read the small print- fingers crossed for early May-otherwise lovely shop
