DO NOT PURCHASE FROM.BLOWOUT BABE WEBSITE!!! they scammed me for K18 products which I realised they were fake not real authentic. I was questioning when using it as it wasn't effective at all as original and sadly this company is in Australia they dont even specify that its products not original!!!
On 19 April 2026, I purchased 2 x K18 AirWash Dry Shampoo for $88.20 plus postage (order #2929). Upon arrival it was clear the products were counterfeit both the packaging and actual product were materially different to the legitimate products.
I raised the concern with Blow Out Babe and they confirmed they would offer me a refund upon my return of the products. The products were confirmed to be returned to their address on 5 May 2026. As at today (14 May) no refund has been issued.
Over 5 emails have been sent requesting the status of my refund, all of which are unanswered. I've also tried to reach them on their chat function on their website and Facebook page.
There is no phone number to call, no physical shop address. The ABN listed on the website is ABN 54 928 458 372 which as a registered address of a rental property - 6 Mango Place, Southport QLD 4215.
A complaint has been lodged with the ACCC.
I purchased the K18 AirWash Dry Shampoo from Blow Out Babe (Order #2969) and have serious concerns about the product I received.
The packaging does not match genuine K18 products I’ve previously used, and more importantly, the product itself does not function at all as expected.
Based on both the packaging and performance, I strongly suspect the product supplied is not authentic or is defective.
I would not recommend purchasing branded products from this store.

This is the 8th review that it not meant for our company. We don't sell K18 products. Our webshop is www.blowout-babe.com - we only sell heatless blowout rollers. Please delete and contact the correct webshop..
Please do not purchase from them. I received a fake K18 air wash product and luckily I have previously purchased the original to know it was a fake copy

We are sorry to see your 1-star review after trying our product. We have had contact via email already where we explained to you that our blowout tool is designed to revive your existing blowout that has faded. Its not a tool to create heatless curls on straight hair, although for some this can work great as well.
You have asked us to take back your product and to get a refund after you have used it and unfortunately due to hygienic reasons we cannot do this as our return policy is stating. We are sad to see that this made you leave a 1-star review as this really impacts our small business, especially because we did do our best to give you multiple options on how to use it, recommendation of prepping products and more tips and tricks.
The package never came and got stuck at Hungary with no response from anyone. I ordered the curls on the 9th and still haven’t gotten them.
