Order dealt with quickly and efficiently. All fragrances were 95% as the originals. I chose Terre de Hermes, Avantus and Fahrenheit and all we're super close especially Fahrenheit. Will use again.

You contacted us because the Royal Mail tracking had stopped updating. We checked the shipment, confirmed that it appeared to have been lost in transit, apologised for the delay and sent a replacement order straight away.
We also provided you with the new Royal Mail tracking number. The replacement parcel should now be delivered today.
We completely understand that a delayed or lost parcel is frustrating, but we’re disappointed to see the statement that “no one is replying” when we responded promptly and arranged a replacement immediately.

Ordered 10 samples and one came broken, emailed customer services and they replied within a few hours and have despatched replacements for me, brilliant service!

Genuinely the best dupe perfume company out there!
I’ve tried a few different replica perfume companies, and this is by far the best one I’ve come across. The fragrance I chose was discontinued by Tom Ford a few years ago, so it’s a very special and nostalgic scent to me and I’m honestly so impressed with how closely this compares.
The fragrance lasts for absolutely ages. I could still smell it on my clothes the next morning, which is amazing for a dupe! I’ve already had compliments when wearing it too.
The prices are so reasonable, the customer service is fantastic, and the delivery was incredibly speedy. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again.
