The dress was beautiful and as advertised. It arrived pretty quickly coming from China so I was impressed. I am 5'6" and 160 pounds and ordered an XL as I wanted a looser fit. It is perfect. The measurements on the size charts is accurate.

My return experience with Blooroy was horrible! First, they questioned my need to even return the item stating they could correct any problem. Then, Blooroy did not even refund the full price of my item when asked for a full refund. When asked, Blooroy did not provide a return label for shipping either. Blooroy offered me $10 to keep the item then $20. I doubt this company will be in business long if they have to pay customers to keep their items. This was the worse return experience I have ever experienced in all my shopping years. I will NEVER make another purchase from this company again and caution all consumers against purchasing from them as well.

Clothes were ok, not great quality but no clear return policy. When I sent an email requesting return I got back “let us solve the problem”. I just want to return a dress that is way too long and two emails in and I still can’t do that. Won’t buy from them again.

I don't mind the sweater, but it's not the colour I had expected.

My dress is really nice, pretty accurate to picture, sizing perfect!

Took a long time to receive orders. And one pair of black pants split the first time I wore them. Some products do not appear as they did in pictures.

Sizing a bit smaller than listing indicated, design greAt and I liked that it was reconstituted wool...good for the environment.

Shipping was fast and I chose the standard option. The fabrics feel soft and comfortable. The styles are flattering and I will enjoy wearing them.

I have ordered 4 times now. I have been really please with each order. One item didn’t fit and they took it off the bill and I donated it. Very will made. No tags that scratch you as they are brandless. Love this company!

I have four beautiful dresses that don’t fit. I have emailed 3 requests to return. No response as of now. Very disappointing… I followed to instructions on email to process a return. There is no way to call.

Please advise!!’

I disliked that there is no information for returns when needed. I was sent 2 coats. And need to return one. Please advise.

Better communication about the status of my order. I had to reach out to the company to find out if my order had shipped or not. Only then did I receive an email about the status of my order.
