Love the ice cream cake , came in 3 days ,

Been waiting for over a week, spent several hundred dollars which has ALREADY BEEN CHARGED. When i talk to them they say its been mailed but the lable was created days ago and hasnt been scanned or moved. IT IS ILLEGAL TO CHARGE IF ITS NOT SHIPPED. If it was a problem with usps it would be scanned. I will give it a few days before I remove the charges and report to every legal athoutiry that governs this type of scams. Order number 1766993. I have copies of the messages and screenshots. Contact me, and process then expedite shipping or face legal action.

Any time I purchase the Apple Fritter flower, it is a very good product. The effects of the smoke are positive, relaxing & euphoric, I would recommend, most definitely.

Had shipping issues. But they were understanding and kept on it till it moved in the system. They kept on it. Thankful for there understanding

They sent me low grade, incorrect items and they ignored my emails after saying they were investigating my claim.
They stole my money and wasted my time. Never buy from here. Bad quality, bad customer service.

I've had nothing but good experiences with this company. One time I ordered the wrong stuff and they told me just to keep it and sent me the right stuff. I've never been disappointed with their quality. I order the Platinum grade Exotic AAA Hemp and it's VERY strong. This place has more reliably good hemp than any other place I've tried, including good local places. Their customer service has been great. I will continue to buy their hemp as long as it's legal. Also, their delivery is fast and usually free.

I ordered the snow cap Zhittles and I have no issues. Arrived in 4 days, as advertised. Also it hits really hard. Bye-Bye corner guy. They are now my Plug!!

Same as Binoid, a hot mess. Customer service is about non-existent. I've tried just about everything and had problems. The Moonrocks arrived as a melted glob, the vape pens are some of the worst I've ever purchased, clogging and leaking, not getting the full value. The first ones arrived 2/3 full. I thought I would try their flower and they now won't process an order, won't speak to me or reply. It's like dealing with children. I highly suggest you do business with anyone else. Blue Moon is quality as are others. No reputable, mature, adult business conducts themselves like this while pushing extremely low quality. Binoid is no different. THESE PEOPLE ARE NO FRIENDS OF THE COMMUNITY! PARASITES!

It took forever to get here and I bought three separate brands gold premium and exotic they all are the same thing it's the same product in each one.

I cancelled my order and waited 7 business days and hadn’t received my refund yet.. After I contacted them, it turned out they cancelled the order but didn’t bother to process my refund until I contacted them a whole week later!! Now I have to wait another 5-7 business days.

We ordered exotic popcorn nugs, Top of the line sprinkled with thc. Got it in the mail today and it’s dark green and basically mid. They said they had to use a different supplier bc of high demand. They refused to give a refund. I wouldn’t buy this from a plug so if you want to get finessed go ahead

This stuff does a lot, except get you any kind of high. Out of the jar and the burning smells like butyl esters or other synthetic chemicals. You will definitely get something off of it, but not euphoria or happiness.

They deserve 0 stars literally! I ordered “moonrocks” and this ish was just dusted with something. It wasn’t good didn’t do anything for a high and I’m scared to even finish it so I trashed it. This isn’t moonrocks. I’ve seen thca moonrocks way better than this. I contacted them about it and all they did was offer a $15 off coupon for my next purchase and said something about my tolerance to cover their butts and it had nothing to do with my tolerance btw they straight up are selling junk and just dusting it with whatever. I don’t know why they would give $15 off a second purchase as a solution what makes you think anybody would want to purchase from you again? This was my first and last order from them so they can take their $15 coupon and shove it!!!! I will not ever purchase from them ever again! I’m filing a dispute with my bank because this is scamming!!!! Granted I have tried their other website binoid like twice and got some okay things in the past but I won’t even be supporting their other business binoid either after this as it makes me start to question everything!

To revamp prior review I had to accept shipping is not the fault of bloomz, they hand it off, if the post office is slow or not doing proper tracking it is not them. Since then I have ordered several times and all has been fine you just may wait a week or so as USPS has issues. The product from bloomz is first rate and I have no problems with them at all. Recommend from me.

I put 1 star, even though they deserve NONE. The USPS tracking has no idea where the package is 2 weeks after Bloomz "shipped it". There are no refunds possible with Bloomz, they never answer the phone or return your phone call. Now they say they "resended" it, which at this point just means they took my money and never planned on providing anything. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Product shipped fast and was really good, helps to keep thinking about true love looking forward to buying more

So much with their delivery promises Contacted them for help to really no avail 10 days out and still nothing They certainly take ones money quickly but after that I’m not quite sure what’s going on I guess we can say blame it on the post office Although PO said it was in town for 2 days then sent to another town. Curious If i should order again maybe they send overnight at their expense

Bloomz deserves a one-star review, and frankly, that's being generous after this nightmare of customer service. I’ve sent three or four emails about a simple issue—wrong product sent, and I sent them proof! Yet here I am, almost a week later, with nothing but a single, vague “we’re working on it” response. What exactly is there to “work on”? I expected some kind of real solution, or at the very least a clear update, but all I get is radio silence.

This whole situation screams that Bloomz only cares about taking your money and not about making things right when they mess up. They even threw out a $70 coupon that doesn’t work—just an empty gesture, like everything else they’ve done. I get the feeling that when they saw my product was out of stock, they just tossed in whatever they had lying around, hoping I’d accept it. It’s honestly insulting to be treated this way. I’ve tried to stay professional, but their complete lack of accountability and decency makes that almost impossible. I paid for the right product and prompt service, and I shouldn’t have to chase down the company for what’s fair. Bloomz, you might make good flower, but your customer service is the absolute worst—impossible to stay loyal to a company that treats its customers like an afterthought.

All I wish is for them to go bankruptcy... so other people don't have to go through this kind of service.

I just got Bloomz for the 1st time! I'm so excited! I love this company! There product is great!
