Delivery and fitting was excellent,great items

I phoned first to register my appliance but could not understand a word the foreign lady on the other was talking about . It was awful keep asking her to speak clearer . In the end I hung up and register online .

Keymex gave the time and help for us to make the best choice of products available.

Bought an integrated fridge freezer 50/50 split . Supposed to come with 5 year warranty but been unable to resolve this yet as the system only issued a 3 year at registration. Secondly the fridge has a 3 led colored lights. No where in the manual does it tell you what the significance of each colour means..... lots of space in freezer but manual needs updating

I was very impressed with my new cooker hob.very sturdy and excellent to use. I have only had it installed for a few days but I love it. I have also got a Bloomberg dishwasher which I have had for a number of years and am very pleased with its performance. I would recommend Bloomberg products.

Fitting the new fridge was a total disaster. Shoddy workmanship and now having to spend even more money to replace kickboards because of the mess the fitters made of them. Was told by marshalls that all under counter fridges were of a standard size. Obviously Not!!

Good selections of the machines I need. staff knowledgeable and easy to talk with. explain well about the warranty. fast delivery to my house and installation.

My Induction Hob is the third appliance bought from Blomburg via O Gormans in Oxfordshire
I read reviews before each purchase and have been very pleased with each of my existing products . Time of course will tell if my Hob gives the same excellent service

We had a Blomberg tall freezer delivered and wow the build quality is exceptional it’s a solid piece of kit which should last. It’s our first time buying a Blomberg product and it won’t be the last and the kitchen appliances I have are Miele and Samsung so all higher end but this is better. I honestly couldn’t be happier with our freezer, the ordering through to delivery was fantastic and I’ll be delighted to advise anyone to look at Blomberg products with confidence.

Blomberg was recommended by a dealer we were looking at a different brand and more expensive we were told that the Bloomberg was a far better product and we’ve found that it is very good,this is our second washer but we found that the older model was a bit small so we have got a larger one with a dryer included .

Happy with the quality of the Blomberg cooker. However, when I went to register the warranty instead of the expected 5 year warranty cover which was stated when I bought the item, I only received confirmation of 3 years warranty. When I eventually got through to Blomberg support line I was told very casually that the cooker has a 5 year warranty! This is not good enough as I would prefer to see something in writing from the manufacturer.

The service engineers who fitted it were outstanding! Great job !!

Very efficient, delivery and installation was the same day excellent service

We were sold the blomberg which had a five year guarantee which we had to register. We tried the number given but because it had a five year guarantee we were advised to register on line. I tried to go online and put all the details in, but when I had to finish it would not send. The telephone number which was given at the end (if there was a problem) does not exist. I tried a few times, but it didn't seem to work. Eventually I telephoned the retailer and they managed to register the machine.

I have a Blomberg oven had no problem with it and I like Hansons Electrical shop where I purchased my washer too.
So I hope it doesn’t let me down.

Really easy temperature controls for both fridge & freezer.
