Very easy to register my new washing machine warranty by telephone. No long queues or awful music to listen to! The machine is very quiet and I am happy with the results from being able to select a cooler wash and slower spin.

My last three washing machines have all been Blomberg and wouldn’t have anything else. Excellent machine. Never had any problems.

This replaces the same fridge freezer which we had for a good few years ,but unfortunately I left the freezer door open all night which left the fridge faulty, we chose the same model because it has been reliable and also fit our needs, would recommend highly.

Needed a new dishwasher promptly as the motor had gone on our old one. Optimum in Haywards Heath were so helpful when buying my new dishwasher by Blomberg. It’s not a brand I knew much about, but with the overall layout design, build quality, extended warranty and discounted price (at the time of visiting) it was a great option. Now installed we’re pleased with the size, internal space and quiet motor.

For the past 12 years I have chosen Bloomberg appliances. Very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the appliances.
The only downside was when I phoned to register the washing machine.
Customer service was not up to standard. BUT I did receive a letter of apology which was appreciated .

I do not know who I purchased this machine from.I thought I had got it from wilmers in Pulborough but
they told me I had not . I do not know who sold me this machine. No person to contact no person to ask for help. I would like to know if this is standard practice.

Your customer service and engagement is awful. There is no accountability or care for helping customers with issues. I have a problem with my warranty not being what I paid for in terms of years given. I was given 3 years instead of 5 years. I’ve called through to Blomberg 8 times and I have spoken to a dozen call handlers from different departments with each of them saying it’s not their problem. You are the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and if it doesn’t change then it would be more effective if it was shut down. You don’t care and you don’t want to help your customers.
Don’t buy from Blomberg or their other brands. Buy somewhere else!
