Very expensive in its PRO version for a single user and a single blog
Features of plan reduced during subscription time.
We purchased the Blog2Social Pro Version which included features such as posting in FB groups as of the date of purchase.
Now, about 5 months in our subscription this feature was suddenly deactivated and now requires a more expensive enterprise version.
I tried to contact with official support, but the email bounced. No response etc.

Please let me assure you that all features of all plans are still included and active as they always were. If you registered for the free trial you had 4 weeks of access to the Business plan with several more features and options, so this is probably just a misunderstanding.
Of course, you still can post to Facebook groups with your Premium Pro subscription.
