We have 2 Blink accounts and couldn't recommended any other provider more than Blink. We have processed payments for many years via other providors, since we are with Blink, transactions and billing are with ease. The simple, easy to use platform with all its excellent features and security are simply 2nd to none. I must admit, I did have an issue with the merchant bank (not Blink) on 1 account, the issue only lasted the few minutes from when I noticed it until I picked up the phone and a very well trained lady called Annabelle Dover took the matter and satisfactory sorted it without delay or fail.

I’m not particularly technical and I’ve not been in my post for long but when I rang Blink for some assistance, I got connected to a guy called Oscar. He talked me through step by step and was patient and professional. What a great service.

Used Blink for under a year, started off great - I would now say AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Out of the blue Blink's acquirer told us would hold a reserve £120k of our money with NO WARNING - when asked why we were told we'd not met the 'credit criteria'. Nothing has changed in our financial circumstances - we could not understand why this had occured. We even consulted our accountants - who also could not fathom why we'd been placed in this extremely unfair situation. I pushed for more information and was told they could not provide any further details on why they'd be holding such a large amount of our money (Our average transaction value is £180..they were wanting to hold over 600 times that!!!)
We were assured by Stephen at Blink we could change acquirer and this would solve the issue. This did not materialise and we were left in a very difficult circumstance. Since then I have tried to call Stephen multiple times to discuss and I am now being totally ignored.
To make matters worse Blink are now trying to charge us over £300 to return a terminal - due to Blink not being able to provide us with an acquirer! Make it make sense?! Blinks customer service is non existent.
I would urge anyone to be cautious that unexpectedly and without any explanation this companies acquirer can demand to hold over £100k of your money and then Blink will try and charge you a huge amount to 'return a terminal' that you can't use through no fault of your own. Please steer clear I would hate for them to potentially cripple another small family run businesses.
Luckily I have now found elsewhere.

From the initial discovery call to the ongoing account management, it was an easy decision to choose Blink as our payment provider. Not only have they helped us reduce our debt total and admin hours they've also helped our clients who now get to enjoy easy pay links, and convenient reminders. The dashboard is super easy to navigate and we have the whole team using it, the process from payer to payee couldn't be better. In all the years of operating, we struggled to speak with customer service, experienced frustrating lengthy hold periods and no direct contact. With Blink, we send an email with a query and get an immediate response from our dedicated client success adviser (Jack) In times of tech issues, we've picked up the phone and had friendly (+very patient!) experts at the other end, ready to help. Highly recommend, and our clients are still saying "that new payment system is brilliant" 9 months down the line.
