I had one of the worst experiences with…
I had one of the worst experiences with Blinkit. I placed a prepaid order for two items and waited for almost an hour, expecting timely delivery as promised. However, instead of any proper update or resolution, the order was suddenly cancelled from their side.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that the app incorrectly showed that *I* had cancelled the order, which is completely false. There was no communication, no prior notice, and no accountability from their end. As a customer, this feels highly unprofessional and misleading.
To make matters worse, the refund issued was also *less than the actual amount paid*, which is completely unacceptable. When the cancellation was not even initiated by me, there is no justification for any deduction. This raises serious concerns about their billing and refund practices.
Overall, the entire experience was inconvenient, disappointing, and unfair. Waiting for such a long time only to have the order cancelled without explanation—and then receiving an incomplete refund—is something no customer should have to go through.
Based on this experience, I have completely lost trust in their service. I would strongly recommend others to consider more reliable alternatives like Zepto or BigBasket.
I will not be using Blinkit again.

disappointing service from 1st order from blinkit,don't connect customer support always,email the issue but customer support don't have understanding .. disappointing service and unacceptable items delivered..worst taking shipping charges and extra charges but delivered expired product! disappointing experience, they delivered bad kinder joy which have no expired date mentioned on it and when I connected customer service via mal they don't understand and give excuses about 50-60times.very bad..

I ordered Hilton air fryer from Blinkit and they delivered it in 15 minutes. After few days I my air fryer isn't working properly so I called blinking customer service and they said talk to Hilton customer service. After calling Hilton customer service,they told me to bring my Hilton air fryer on their customer service and after checking my all paper works they repaired it for free. Because of this, I trust blinking and will order again but next time I have to order something which cost above 150 rupees otherwise I have to pay delivery charges.

I placed an order in the morning at 8.46 Am, I need an urgent order on the Blinkit app for the product Ant Esports Flora Bud Digital Weighing Machine, and made an online payment of ₹371. However, the app showed that the order delivery was running, after some The Arjun is cancel my order without any confirmation i am already customer care to discuss but Mr Arjun not pick any call to me and now no call can connect to customar care .
After that, I go to the Blankit office. I received a message from Blinkit send message that ₹351 will be refund. I would like to know why ₹20 has been deducted, even though the order was not delivered. i need my product and why i am paid again. I also visited the Blinkit store near Kalka Gari Chowk, Ghaziabad, and spoke with the Store Manager not give satisfy answer.

I ordered Oneplus earphones from Blinkit and the product I received was absolutely NOT original. It was used.
I tried contacting customer service multiple times, and after a lot of struggle, one associate finally called me, only to argue with me instead of helping. They did not resolve my issue and actually told me to go contact Oneplus directly, which makes no sense because I purchased the product from Blinkit, not from Realme.
THEY ARE PURELY FRAUD. NEVER TRUST BLINKIT
Insensitive customer support and fraudulent delivery executives
I am a regular Blinkit customer and place orders almost every alternate day. Today, the delivery executive refused to deliver my order and falsely marked it as “wrong location” after claiming his vehicle had broken down. I selected my saved address exactly as I always do, and this has never been an issue earlier. Despite this, the order was cancelled solely based on the delivery executive’s false update, and I was unfairly charged a ₹20 penalty. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable treatment of a loyal customer. I expect an immediate refund of the penalty and a thorough review of this incident
Blinkit is a worst company
Blinkit is a pathetic company with worst customer service. If a customer finds an issue with a product delivered by them, they will NOT resolve it. Instead they will dodge by putting responsibility on the product supplier, disregarding that the customer purchased the product from Blinkit and NOT from their supplier. An escalation to their CEO, Albinder Dhindsa, and the owner, Deepinder Goyal, does not provide any resolution either. In fact, a pathetic and dismissive response is received via a faceless email signed by Team Blinkit. Shame on the owners for sitting behind the curtains rather than putting a bod face by contacting customers to resolve the issue. It's a sure sign of the beginning of a downfall. Beware!
They are scamming, delivering the fake product and not doing refund
I ordered Realme earphones from Blinkit and the product I received was absolutely NOT original. The quality was terrible and it was very clear that the item was fake.
I tried contacting customer service multiple times, and after a lot of struggle, one associate finally called me, only to argue with me instead of helping. They did not resolve my issue and actually told me to go contact Realme directly, which makes no sense because I purchased the product from Blinkit, not from Realme.
This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Fake products + rude support = horrible experience.
I will never order electronics from Blinkit again.
Refund got refused - disappointing
I am deeply disappointed with the level of service I received from Blinkit. I wished to order Philips air purifier, by mistake and with a sudden slip of a finger the order was sent for xiomi air filter. I received the order and immediately i realized that it was not the order I wanted so I didn’t opened it. I reordered the correct Philips air purifier which I wanted to order in first place.
Now while returning, they asked to upload a picture so I just opened the box to show the barcode while the nylon packaging was still intact. They refuse to exchange or refund the item.
I’m a Blinkit loyal customer so far but with this level of service from Blinkit and understanding for the customer. I feel really sorry for Blinkit and their other customers.
I buy so many things from Blinkit and the manager didn’t do anything out of the way for customer who always put Blinkit first over other online channels.
Deeply saddened and disappointed with Blinkit.

This has been one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered dry fruits (Whole farm and grocery brands) and other items from Blinkit, and the quality was absolutely pathetic, the dry fruits were cheap, full of holes, and nowhere close to what was advertised.
To make things worse, when I tried to return the defective products, customer support flat-out refused, even after I sent them pictures as proof. And the website itself is misleading, it says customers can return products through the “Orders” page, but there is NO option there at all. That is false information, and it’s unacceptable for a company to mislead customers like this.
Blinkit sells terrible quality items, provides zero accountability, and gives false promises on their website. Don’t waste your money here. This platform cannot be trusted.

On opening of closed envelop received from delivery man it is found that Tamato juice container is damaged and leaking. Made report on blinkit through there app thrice . They replied on automatic chat that replacement approved. But the replacement not received. I have made complaint by e mail to info blinkit and grievance .Officer blinkit but no action
Poor Customer Support – No Help for Genuine Mistake
I had a disappointing experience with Blinkit. I intended to order a USB Bluetooth dongle, but due to their search results, I accidentally selected a Wi-Fi dongle instead. As soon as the item was delivered, I reached out via their chat support to report the mistake and request a return.
Despite contacting them immediately and explaining that it was an honest error, they refused to accept a return. It’s frustrating that there is no flexibility or consideration even when the product was unused and the mistake was reported right away.
For a platform that delivers tech accessories, clearer search results and better customer support are a must. I expected better service and a simple resolution, but sadly, this experience has left me disappointed.

I’m extremely disappointed with how Blinkit handled my recent issue. I received the wrong order, and instead of resolving the matter professionally, your support team accused me of lying (“jhoot”). This is completely unacceptable and insulting.
As a regular customer, I expect better treatment. Mistakes can happen, but blaming the customer without proper investigation is unprofessional and disrespectful. If this is how Blinkit treats its users, I will seriously reconsider using your service again.
Please train your support team to handle complaints with courtesy and trust. An apology is the least I expect.

I ordered a high-value massager (₹6,000) from Blink and unfortunately, it caused significant discomfort after use. I reached out to their chat support multiple times over several days, but there has been no response whatsoever.
This isn’t the first time I’ve shopped with them — I’ve even returned a different product earlier without issues — but this time the lack of customer service is unacceptable. For a brand selling premium-priced wellness products, I expected a minimum level of support and responsiveness.
I’m still waiting for a resolution, but the experience has been extremely disappointing so far. I hope the company takes customer feedback seriously

I ordered a gift on Valentines day and got charged twice. First the charged failed and second time it went thru. However they charged me twice and delivered 2 gifts. When I called the customer service they refused to help.
