I had ordered two pairs of earrings (order no.BQ21302) on 08 Sep 25. After couple of emails, they apologised and subsequently received only one pair after a long delay ie 30 Oct 25. I had informed the same through email twice and requested them to deliver me another pair or refund my money. No response and still awaiting to hear from them and btw the product was not worth the money I paid. Not a great experience.

It's fraud, they will not deliver ur product after taking money, I ordered product 1 month ago,worth of 800,but they not delivered my product and even not return my money.

I made full payment online to blingqueen website but even after two months I have not received the product. I also have not received the refund either even though I repeatedly requested for refund as product was not sent by them.

Worst experience. No. 1 scam. Order product. Waited 2 months. No. 1 praud

I ordered 2 items. No delivery. I emailed them. They apologized for the delay and delivered 1 item. Really bad quality. Nothing like the picture. Second order not delivered. No reply to email. Phone number doesn't work. Avoid

This website is fraud. I have placed my order three months ago and still haven't received it. They send fake emails pretending to resolve your issue. There is a fake whatsapp number through which you get your order details but nothing has been received yet.

Frausters and absolute scamsters, they are as fake as they come, I placed an order and got an email saying y order is going to be delivered and its been over 3 months, i have still not received my order. their email and phone numbers nothing works and do not respond to any queries.

I had also a bad experience on Bling Queen. I ordered 2 items from this website and after confirmation of my order they did a mail to me that, that item item is out of stock and they discontinue with the supplier. After that they send me a mail with a different item photo and forced me to proceed with the picture item, I declined the item and asked for my money back but they totally ignored my concern and send me again the same mail with the picture item what they sent me before.
They're going to fraud here and I don't know why the government allow them to run their fraud here online!

BLING QUEEN is a fraud company.i had already done the payment.but I have not yet received my order.This company is a big scam.They don't have a contact number neither they respond to our email. I am ready to share all the transaction details

Initially just like others even I thought that this is a fraud website as I had placed the order and did not receive any communication from the team for a month. After mailing them multiple times I received an apology mail almost after a month for the delay and also they said that they have some internal issues going on which they are looking into. Overall, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. However, to their credit, they did eventually refund the money.

After payment 2 months ago no sign of my order. A totally fraud company.

I still remember the day i encountered this website. This website is a disaster and stay away from it as far as possible. I ordered one item 1 month passes no information about order whereabouts. Invalid phone number mentioned in their website. No customer support. Your only option is email. I gave them 800₹ order and was worried sick about my money. First they told it will reach me in 20 days as it is coming from OVERSEAS. Then they told me it would take another 25 days to reach me . And when i say they told me the reality is i emailed them 5-10 mails daily spamming them and also on their website. Only then they would reply to me . It took me 2 months to take my money back from them . Everyday i used to mail them sometimes i got a reply sometimes i didn't. Truth be told don't buy anything form them trust me . You will regret it. Only i know the condition of my mental health chasing these money MONGERS. If you need any information regarding this issue

I ordered a necklace two months back on blink queen and never received it. They keep saying its stuck in customs. How come such a fraudulent company is allowed to sell products online they are fooling customers

It's a total fraud website, Government of India please take strict action against them, I don't know how many people they must have scammed.

Fraud website.Their phone number ,email nothing works.After taking payment they dont reply,no shipping details,no tracking id.I already complain to cybercrime.gov.in
This website is still active and robbing people.Every body should complain to crime branch and lodge fir to nearest police station.
