Post videos on social media without consent given and when asked to delete the videos read the messages and post the videos multiple times more. I even offered to send the bracelet back they gave me just to have the videos removed which was also ignored. Wouldn’t reccomend to anyone

I've always got my earings from here 5* always customer service the jewellery 5* I hope they get diffent earings in so I can buy more thanks again I've ordered 3 pair this week the pair I ordered yesterday come to day next day delivery when I got three delivery and it states 3_5 days so bonus they shipped them fast

It was very fast delivery emails took a bit of time but got there at the end very good bracelets

Horrible horrible horrible company, was sent horrible items all tarnished and smell of cheap metal. Contact them and they ignored me, currently fighting them via bank. I've also saw there social media where they seem to laugh and bully vulnerable people, I'm in full shock how a company like this can still operate.

This company refuse to remove a video of my daughter. The owner of this company also laughs on social media at her despite the video causing mental health & anxiety issues & this has been explained to him.

Disgusting company. Sent me horrible tacky items wich totalled to over £140. Ignored my emails then I raised a dispute with my bank. They waited a full 44 / 45 then decided to challenge the dispute, this level of petty from a company like this is the highest level of unprofessionalism I have ever seen. Avoid these money robbing bandits. Won't be long before they're out of business I bet.

Great product exactly as described was great in person

I purchased two items for Christmas in December. Sadly it was too big for the person I bought it for and also the quality was poor. I emailed in January about how I could return for a full refund and was sent an email on the details of how to return the items. I followed the details, they received the items as I had paid extra for special delivery, it has taken until April to receive my refund, firstly they didn't even acknowledge receipt of the items, then after several emails chasing them, I was told I wouldn't get a refund because it was out of the 14 day returns, I could only get a replacement. I explained this was a Christmas present and most shops extend their returns policy so why couldn't they. Back and forth with many emails and a threat to complain to the financial ombudsman as they had both the items and my money since January, I finally got a refund in April. Absolutely awful customer service, they ignore your emails and keep fobbing you off.
Stay well clear of this company!
