I've been buying window treatments for my home at Blinds To Go since 1998 and now every window in my home is a "Blinds To Go" window. They simply provide the best product at the best price in the quickest time possible. The best part is the warranty deal. I've taken several of the oldest of my blinds to them years after the original purchase date and they just look up my account and replace parts or restring at no cost in a couple of days. I've done side-by-side price comparisons with Home Depot and Bed Bath and Beyond and Blinds To Go is less expensive, better quality, quicker production time and lifetime repairs. Blinds To Go is a "no-brainer" for custom window treatments. Thanks again, BTG!!

Completely messed up our order all 3/4 times we had to come in. Next time please do a better job at making sure your customer gets what they exactly ordered.

No it was not resolved properly we still have 3 parts the same color and 1 a different color and all we got was a sorry for a $500 purchase and to be honest it was the sales people and the factory’s fault. The sales person who went to go get our boxes when they first arrived didn’t even care to check everything was the same. We asked her why one box is smaller than the other boxes and she says oh it’s the packaging but it should all be the same size. & When we went to instal ourselves of course it wasn’t the same size it was a completely different size !!! And then when we went to pick up the correct size the bolts were missing !!!! & we had to take another car ride back to get the bolts. & then when we went to install the ledge part of the blinds was a different color!!!!! Which required us to go back again!!!! And this time all we got was a sorry. I spent almost $500 for this mess and all I got was a “I know I’m sorry”.

Sales person very helpful, product delivered in a reasonable amount of time and was exactly as ordered.

I had an issue after my shades were installed professionally. The cover/cap on the end of the shade was broken. I noticed it after the installer left my house. I sent an email to store 200 but did not receive a reply. I called my design consultant four days later and told her the problem. She found the email and read it. She said that they had some of the cover/caps in the store. I drove over to the store and received two of them. Natasha was apologetic and prompt with fixing my problem. Thank you!

Not thrilled about the turnaround time for delivery, but Covid-19 must play a huge role in that. Happy with the purchase. Installer was great.

I placed the order on Monday, they told me "be ready in two days or by Friday" took more than a week to get it ready.

It took too long to get the blinds.Then the expected date was extended twice for lack of parts.i never received a phone call saying they were in. If i didn't call I would never receive them. The website is useless.
Try to check the status of your order. The product is good Hence the three stars.

Long wait for the blinds to come in BUT worth the wait!! The guy who installed was so wonderful, very fast, very respectful following all covid protcol. I recommend time and time again!

I ordered pleated shades on approximately July 12, 2020. I was told 10-12 days for delivery. Partial ordered was delivered and I was never informed that partial order was available. Remaining order took approximately 8 weeks to be delivered. I was only kept advise of the situation because I continually called the store looking for my order. I was never provided any information regarding the delivery of the shades. I will never use this company again.
