I am completely satisfied with the blinds. The initial salesperson was helpful beyond expectation. There ended up being two installers, both of whom I was also satisfied with.
I ordered the blinds in late February, and they were not finally installed until July. To the extent that COVID was the cause, I do not hold the company to blame. My only reason for four stars rather than five is that one of the tracks came from the manufacturer in a damaged condition, and I ended up waiting almost half a year for the finished product.

Blinds were excellent, fitted perfectly and arrived one month ahead of schedule. Couldn't ask for more. I should have gone to Blinds To Go the first time.

Excellent Service and Product
The service and product are outstanding.The young lady (Janki) who looked after me was one of the most pleasant customer service people I've ever dealt with. She was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
I highly recommend Blinds to Go to anyone.

Hi Kelly, we apologize for the experience you have thus far - can you please provide you order number so we can look into your order further? A year is an extremely long time to wait for blinds and very unheard of in our field so we would like to look into this further right away.
Great.
The whole experience was great, however when we asked for the blinds to be installed, they gave us a time frame between 11-4 the guy didn't show up until 5:30 .. I don't think it was his fault as I know he was booked back to back. Other than that, I would shop at blinds to go again in the future.
