Very well pleased with installation process as well as shutters. Just wish shutter slats would have faced both directions rather just in down position. You installed bathroom shutters in my home a couple of years ago and they have tilt rod notches both on top and bottom. But aside from that the shutters make my family room look like a brand new room. So beautiful. Thank you for making my family room so large and bright looking. House is only 9 years old had expensive roll up material type curtains but shutters are the way to go.

The measuring and installing were perfect. The only thing I didn’t like is that my patio blinds do not have a valance and you see the metal screw when they’re opened so it looks unfinished.

I’m happy with the product, but I was due a refund because I changed to a different product. I had to call before I was given my refund. I feel my sales person should have taken care of that when the new product was ordered which was only two days after original order.

We love the blinds, but we had some resolvable issues. One of the vertical packages was not delivered with the rest of the order, so the installer had to come back. One of the vanes was improperly cut and will be replaced.

Another section of the verticals was incorrectly measured- it was a few inches shorter than needed. The measurement taken made the assumption not to have the vanes overlap light switches. This left a wide privacy gap that we noticed after installation. Also, the chord was not aligned with the unit, appearing tilted.

We notified BTG #201and these issues will be resolved in January.

All in all, we are satisfied with Customer Service.

Ordering was easy but should have designer do the sales. Waited months for blinds to come in and the installer was messy and didn’t come with a ladder. He used my ladder and didn’t clean up or remove boxes or old blinds. Left everything on the floor for me to clean up. Won’t use them again. Heard that Costco is better!

Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have shopped here before and will again. Would highly recommend Blinds to go !

The installer came out and measured all the windows. I ordered the blinds with the help of the wonderful staff in the store. The same installer came out and installed the blinds. Beautiful.

Ordered 1 plantation shutter to go over the glass on my front door. Blinds to go measured incorrectly and built the wrong shutter not once but twice. When the correct size was actually made and being installed on my door, the installer over tightened the screws and cracked the frame. Now the shutter will not stay closed correctly. The new shutter is in but now almost a month out waiting for install because the installer is overbooked. I should be first priority. Over-all it has been nothing but a nightmare and I will never do business with Blinds to go again or recommend anyone to them.
