Ordering and delivery went well on these high quality external awnings.
The process of ordering went well. Advice on the relative qualities of the shade cloth was requested and offered freely. The blinds arrived and were ready to assemble and install. The only process that did not go as well as it should have was the installation due to instructions which were not clearly drawn or described. As a result the hanging of the exterior awnings took longer and with more difficulty than it should have.
Once the process was done the awning proved to be effective and of a high quality.

When your order was placed on December 18, 2024, our customer service team quickly picked up on a duplicate credit card payment and processed a refund. They also reiterated that, as the order came in after our advertised Christmas cut-off period, it wouldn’t be delivered before the holiday break.
Once production resumed in mid-January, the order was completed within the expected timeframe, and our team kept you in the loop with clear updates—providing tracking details as soon as they became available.
Unfortunately, the delivery was damaged in transit and some components were lost. Once you alerted us to this fact, our team submitted a rectification request to production straight away and let you know it would take 7–10 working days to sort out.
Further delays cropped up when production didn’t send all the required parts and, to make matters worse, the rectification was accidentally placed on internal hold without our customer service team knowing. Thankfully, the team member caught the issue while proactively following up on your behalf and escalated it straight away to get things moving again. This added about five extra working days to the original rework timeframe.
Throughout the whole process, we stayed in regular contact—sharing updates, answering your questions, and chasing production behind the scenes. Despite setbacks with the courier and a few internal production stumbles (which we’ve since addressed), our customer service team member genuinely did everything he could to keep you informed and get things back on track.
We’re truly sorry this experience didn’t reflect the level of service we pride ourselves on. Sometimes, things just go wrong—and in this case, a few things definitely did—but we’ll always do our best to make it right, take responsibility, and learn from it.

Good product no after sales service
The product is great no problems there at all.
Main problem was 1/2 the order was delivered, I sent an email to check where the rest of the order was with no reply.The other 1/2 turned up eventually with a few brackets missing.
Still to this day no reply to email sent.

Looking into your order, we can see that after you placed it on December 2nd, our production team had a query on December 4th, which our customer service team promptly contacted you about and resolved over the phone. When you reached out on December 21st about only receiving part of your order, we immediately followed up with the trucking company and called you back to provide an update. Given the busy holiday period, we understand how frustrating delays can be, and we always do our best to ensure deliveries run smoothly.
Regarding the missing brackets, we haven’t received any emails about this, but we truly want to make things right for you. Since your review, we’ve tried to follow up multiple times by phone to assist, but we haven’t been able to reach you. Very happy with the quality of the outdoor blinds we ordered.
Only disappointment was the delivery time, we order before the Xmas delivery cut off but didn’t end up receiving until mid January, not the end of the world though.

Brilliant Service and Advice
In November 24 I decided to combat the effects of the sun on our home and fit 4 new roller blinds, all different sizes, as well as the recloth of 3 existing blinds on the home. I placed my order only to receive a call from Vincent of BONet who very kindly provided advice that prevented myself from making a mistake and ending up with different colour blinds on the house.
The blinds and fabric arrived on due date as promised with no damage or faults, and have now all been fitted and are working perfectly.
Congratulations to Vincent and his team on absolutely incredible service. I am extremely grateful and impressed.

Fantastic customer service and quality product
Fantastic customer service- was on the fence about ordering and our ability to install- then had a zoom call with Vincent from Blinds on the net and it gave us the confidence to order as he really talked me through the whole process well. Our large outdoor blinds are excellent quality and he really made the process simple.

Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service, when I called to advise blind doesn't fit properly and it's slightly out with some of the blade. He immediately became very defensive and when on attack. I have email him photo proof and no reply. I done a follow up call he asked me to give him more proof way going back provide him differ way to measuring the windows. He done this me 3 times and end I came up as its wasting so much my time going back forward to the property.

When you initially contacted us about your blinds not fitting, we requested measurements of the blinds themselves to determine whether the issue resulted from a manufacturing error or the original measurements provided. Whilst the photos you sent were helpful, they did not include all the details needed for a thorough investigation. This is why we followed up to request the specific measurements of the blinds. Unfortunately, the same photos were resent without the required measurements.
As we’ve discussed, we are more than willing to provide new blinds free of charge if the issue is found to be our error. Alternatively, if it resulted from incorrect measurements, we would be happy to offer new blinds at a discounted price. After reviewing the photos, our manufacturing team confirmed that the blinds were customised with our standard 5mm deduction. From the images, it appears the blinds were ordered for a very tight fit, and factors such as an uneven or deteriorating window frame at the bottom may be affecting how they sit.
The imagery provided, along with the absence of the blinds’ measurements, suggests the initial measurements may not have accounted for variances in the window dimensions. Our measuring instructions recommend measuring the top, middle, and bottom of your window and providing the smallest width. It’s possible the largest measurement was used instead. However, without the blinds’ measurements, we cannot confirm whether the issue stems from a manufacturing error or inaccurate window measurements.
Our goal has always been to assist you in resolving this matter. However, we cannot replace the blinds—free of charge or otherwise—without the necessary information, as this could result in the same issue recurring. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will gladly work with you to find a resolution.
