The Best Service I have had for years.
I had to ring for advice several times and was very pleased with their responses so I ordered 6 Vertical Blinds.
I was given a delivery date which I believe was for about 4 days.
The Blinds arrived on time exactly as arranged.
As I started to fit them I did come across a problem, one of the blinds was opening the wrong way. so I rang them and explained the problem.
They immediately said they would make a new track and send it to me.
Later as I was putting up another one I found a pull cord was cut. I thought it wouldn't be a problem as I am sure it would have been fine if I had
just tied a knot in it but I let them know anyway.
They insisted on making me a new track for this one as well and said both new blinds would be with me in a couple of days!
True to their word the new tracks arrived exactly on time as they said they would!
I can honestly say I can't remember ever having better service than that!
Would recommend wholeheartedly.
