I have still not received my…
I still have not received my withdrawal; it is still pending. When you ask the chatbot, you get a message that you have to keep waiting for confirmation and that you have to wait 72 hours. Then you have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive your money in your bank, if they don't ask you for more documents. I still haven't received my money; they still say they will pay in 24 hours, and that is not true.
