Sono dei TRUFFATORI! Ho ordinato un prodotto e me ne è arrivato uno completamente diverso...ho scritto una mail per poter fare il reso e mi hanno offerto 3 USD. Non comprate niente da loro..i prodotti non sono quelli che pubblicizzano... è una truffa!

Packaging looks elegant and carefully designed which gives it a premium feel. Pleasantly surprised by how effective this product is; scent feels luxurious without overpowering, and skin visibly smoother after use. Got it at a bargain price, pretty satisfied with overall experience.

Son unos estafadores, primero el precio que tienen en la web no es el que te descuentan de la tarjeta, con una diferencia de mas de 11 euros, como hablaban bien del producto en otra pagina, que por error me redirigió a la de blanbutton, pero como la foto del producto en la web era la misma decidí comprarlo. Después de esperar casi un mes me ha llegado una copia. No se ajusta en nada con el producto de la web, por el que pague. No tiene marca, la etiqueta esta mal pegada, con un olor super desagradable que miedo me da de donde habrá salido, el recipiente es diferente y mucho mas pequeño, en fin. Me comunico con soporte el mismo día que lo recibí y me dicen que si acepto una compensación de 1 euro por un producto de 32 euros lo que me parece una falta de respeto y luego me envían otro mail diciendo que lo tendrán en cuenta para futuras compras de otros usuarios pero en mi caso no pueden hacer nada. En la pagina el producto se puede devolver pero ya soporte no contesta. Deberían cerrarlo por estafadores. Para aquellos que piensan comprar no lo hagáis, las políticas de devoluciones y garantías son abusivas lo que debería estar penalizada por ley, leer bien primero porque son unos ladrones.

This company sends you the wrong product, then stalls trying to offer you half price. They want you to send back their product at your own expense. Do not purchase anything from these criminals.

They are Scan, I bought translator phones and waited more than a month and it never arrived. When I complained they sent me a fake tracking number, it belonged to someone else.

I give them no stars. Was sent basic earbud when they were supposed to be translating ones. Wrong item and wrong color. They refuse to give me a refund or the right product. I will never order from them again.

A TEMU want-a-be….ordered translator earbuds…waited a month for them. They were cheap regular earbuds!!!. SCAM!….they did refund all my money. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND or buy ANYTHING AGAIN…How long they will be around??? Doing that, not very long

Biggest scam out! I ordered their so called translation headphones. They don't translate anything. They are just a cheap pair of Bluetooth headphones. When I complained the best they offer was a $6 refund! What a joke do not trust them at all!

SCAMMERS. Ordered 'Cakes' I received rubbish in a crimpled grey postage bag. They are rubbish and nothing like the product they advertise. They talk of being authentic in their advertisement and how they package the real thing in a beautiful pink box. They are the very people they say are fraudulent. Do NOT buy' Cakes' from them

Ordered 'Cakes', waited 2 months, but it never arrived. I decided I had been scammed, and wrote it off. You live, you learn. Then, out of the blue, I got an email on 10/18 saying my order was delivered 9/18 (?). No, it wasn't and I told them so. The tracking number said it was delivered on 9/3, and even told the TIME the post office delivered it (they wouldn't know that). I lost my money, but I learned to stick with more reputable companies. I should have looked at their reviews first. Well, if you're reading this and you haven't ordered yet, DON'T. These are ScAmMeRs!!!

Scammers I bought what they advertised as CAKES I paid over $60. What I got was junk when I attempted to return it they asked me if I could sell it to a friend. Eventually after several emails they were willing to refund me $3, next email refund me 5, then 7 until they finally said they tried their best. I've given up, but I'm making it my mission to ensure they don't rip others off.
