Got a 36 inch Blackstone griddle from Walmart for father's day, the final part to assemble was the cover handle where there is a stripped nut. I have sent several emails to customer service, claiming that the US team was merging with the Canadian team. Another message that the replacement part was shipped .... Never got it .... Never had such bad experience.

I placed my order months ago and all l've gotten was radio silence and no product. I raised a dispute and Blackstock said they'd issue a refund but never did.
I am really disappointed and feel like l've been scammed.

Ordered a Griddle Stand 4 WEEKS AGO, and it has still not arrived! Emailed the Canadian branch of this company (located in Richmond Hill, Ontario) 2 weeks ago asking for an update on our order, and Robbie Kennedy told us it would go out the next day. It has still not arrived! Numerous calls to the customer service #1-888-873-8071 proved fruitless, as NO-ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! It doesn't even have a voice mail saying the name of the company you have reached. It just rings and rings. I HAVE SINCE DISCOVERED I CAN ORDER THIS SAME PRODUCT ON AMAZON, and it will ARRIVE THE NEXT DAY! Do not give this Blackstone company your business.

I bought a 28" griddle from Walmart and it went together good. Pre-seasoned the griddle as directed from their manual and website only to notice the cold steel warped bad in the middle. From edge to edge was a quarter inch bow in the middle. I tried to contact Blackstone on two different occasions, submitted two tickets and have yet to receive an email or phone call. It is July 2nd, 2024 now. I ended up taking the griddle back to walmart, they refunded my money back, no questions asked. I bought a Weber griddle now and I can already see the griddle has a better heat distribution, not warped and their customer service has always been top notch with my weber gas grills. I will not buy another Blackstone Product again. Their griddle is too thin and easily warped with high heat. I am just glad Walmart came through to the rescue!!!!!

I purchased the 28" griddle and I am very dissatisfied with the product. I first purchased it and there was a bracket that was missing a hole punched in it so I could not screw in a screw to attach it to the side of the griddle. Then I moved on to the other brackets and the screws would not tighten. So I returned it back to the store and purchased the same make and model.

The same issue happened with this one and the screws would not tighten so I went on to the next step. I finally got to the step of screwing in the screws for the air fryer and the screws that it referred to were already used for the shelf brackets. The instruction manual is incorrect.

The other issue I had is the second griddle that I purchased was already rusted.

I tried to use their online chat and call them but nobody responds.

Ordered a 36” Griddle, still under warranty. And bought a cover from them to exact fit on the same day we purchased the grill. We meticulously maintained it properly and out the cover on every time and made sure it was clean. We properly seasoned the grill as I explained we properly maintained the griddle. Called customer support and registered my grille and Nicolel was assuming we didn’t take care of it and I spoke to another rude representative. I will no longer be doing any business with this company.
