Que sancionen a la empresa y al gerente, según la ley (Decreto 1072 de 2015) la multa sería de hasta 1000 salarios mínimos mensuales vigentes para la empresa, y para al gerente habría una multa por acoso laboral de hasta 10 SMMLV y una investigación penal por obstaculizar una evacuación durante una emergencia y poner en peligro la vida de los trabajadores. Estos directivos se aprovechan de que las personas en el momento no conocen la ley y creen que pueden hacer lo que quieran.

This company has a serious lack of empathy. If you think they care about your health, consider how they treat their own employees: after a 7.5-magnitude earthquake, workers were allegedly forced to remain inside the building and threatened with layoffs if they left. Think about that.

Son unos hijos de remilputas; independientemente que no haya sucedido nada en el edificio donde se encontraban trabajando, sus colaboradores tienen familia y esta empresa evito el auxilio de estos hacia sus seres queridos.

Es indignante que durante un terremoto de esta magnitud, 7.4, con personas muertas, heridas, edificios destruidos y ciudades enteras afectadas se haya amenazado a trabajadores con despedirlos si abandonaban sus puestos para ponerse a salvo. Ningún trabajo vale más que la vida de una persona. Una empresa debería proteger a sus empleados en una emergencia, no retenerlos mediante amenazas. Ojalá este caso sea investigado y se tomen las medidas correspondientes.
