Amazing. Actually makes you feel the difference in the morning. Won’t take it at night as too much energy. I’m 47 and I feel active throughout the day if I take it in the morning compared to before when I was always lying down and suffering from back ache if I walked more than a km.

Since taking Black Rock Supplements shilajit at the start of this month, I’ve noticed massive differences such as high energy levels all throughout the day and way better recovery after going to the gym and better performance in sports and also weight activities in the gym.
