i cant speak for other service providers but black owl have a ticket system that is prompt and they get onto issues very quickly putting resources into solving the client errors or concerns. Tim Neville, is amazing at Tech!

He runs the tech at church and has also:
- transferred my web name "cleaningking.co.uk" from blue host
- set up a basic website
- organised my emails
- google listing/connected my website with it

All this would of taken me weeks to do, and Tim has completed this in an afternoon.
