I ordered the laptop but changed my mind almost right away and tried to cancel. I emailed numerous times and they didn't respond once. So a laptop I didn't want duly arrived. Delivery was quite fast, it was well wrapped and seems to work well enough. But heaven help anyone who has a problem because customer service is non existent. I wouldn't use this company again and don't recommend them.

I decided to go for a refurbished desktop for various reasons - I haven't got on with my laptop keyboard very well and prefer the feel of proper keys. Additionally I am really just a casual user and couldn't justify the expense of a brand new unit. I was at first apprehensive about purchasing something I hadn't seen but I needn't have worried at all. There is a small mark/scratch on the top of the computer case but it is not noticeable in use. Delivery was on time and it was wrapped up very securely. Additionally I bought a used monitor (from a different company) and so with the use of my old keyboard and mouse I am pleased not to contribute to the world's waste pile. Thank you.

I like your quick and efficient processing, however your packaging is poor. Even though the phone is reconditioned , i believe it should be packed to impress customers

The laptop I bought was exactly as described, a very good price, and was very well packaged.
It was ordered on Friday the 10th, and I recieved it on Monday the 13th. Very pleased.

Can’t fault this company, website was easy to navigate and from placing my order to delivery was exceptional. Received my laptop the day after ordering and was in perfect condition and a great little laptop.

The customer service provided at the end of the telephone was exceptionally helpful and the full order of three laptops were delivered, as promised, the following day. The refurbished laptops appear in excellent condition although have still to be tested by my grandsons.
