Terrible bolts for wheels kept falling out only had for less then a month

I have 3 Black Hawk Eboards the V3 Urban and V3 Street plus V3 Pro the Urban even though it's not meant for hills it still manages my local hills with a bit of pumping. The other 2 have power in spades. What I really like about these boards is the availability of spare parts any the excellent service that comes with them. The vicious expansion grooves on our bike track destroyed the battery in my Urban and they replaced it with full instructions how to fit it. Now I use my boards on the road which is much smoother and I also fitted a softer riser and wheels except for the drive wheel only on the Urban but the other 2 are standard and I have had no trouble, but I only use them on the road. But what really amazes me is that I can buy new batteries, a lot of PEVs you can't which is a huge plus because I use my boards a lot. Thank you Guys for such great service and backup. Kelsey.

Do not buy this brand, terrible product. Had board less than 6 months before it stopped working. Had to pay for board to be shipped back to supplier for a non refundable fee to discover fault. Battery needed replacement $250 plus bought another new control. Had board arrive back working and after one ride failed with same problem as before. Don’t know what to do, can’t afford to send back again. Has anyone else had this experience. Company will only communicate by email. Really bad experience.

I currently own three Black Hawk Electric skateboards and have worn out plenty of parts over the last three years, meaning I have had a lot of contact with their fantastic support team.
Troubleshooting issues with this team is thorough, and the way they conduct business is always very professional. I have no problems recommending this company to anyone that values good old fashioned customer service and quality aftersales support.

Did so much research and couldn't work out what I wanted, Black Hawk gave me great advice for a birthday present for my son. Super happy with it!

Great product delivered in a quick timeframe. The AT series V3 is a powerful and easy to use skateboard that represents great value for money. Simple to adjust acceleration and breaking settings with a compact remote. Smooth riding over bumps and fun for the whole family.

Charger for this product is bad quality
Even when was not in use for month or 2 when gone to use charger again to charger bored broken 2nd charger to never again

I brough the Street Series V3 × 1. It is really exiting and fun, it was a easy to set up and learn to use. The board is durable and rides well. It's also very easy to charge and has a good life battery. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Will be recommending to everyone I know and highly recommend buying it from Black Hawk Electric!!

I purchased this for my son and he absolutely loves it. The purchasing process was super easy, the videos showing the different models made it a breeze to check which model to get him. There was every bit of information you needed to make an informed decision.

In terms of useability, the young fella reckons it's brilliant fun to cruise around on with mates and it's great as a commuter around the local area.

The only problem we've found so far is keeping his brothers off it.

I orderd the board on Saturday and had it by Wednesday, quick and easy! The board is awsome for a cruise with my son, it has really smooth control and braking. The turning circle is great. Im going to get one for my daughter too !

I bought the Pro Series V3. My first E-Skateboard. I took it easy as recommended by Blackhawk and now I'm use to the torque and power, I absolutely love it. Smooth control, great braking exceptional value for money!
Belt-less motors are maintenance free and cost a fraction of the price. Plus I noticed on the Blackhawk website that parts are cheap. If you like riding and not working on your board....Get this one.
Only suggestion to Blackhawk is I'd like to see a model with double kingpins to improve carving.
