My account is in good standing I have smooth transaction in my account and yet they make a problem to scam my money they alter my one contract which is long months already and they make it VIP so that they can restrict it and they can force me to deposit thousand so that more money they can scam from me I tell them how come I see to it that my contract purchase is normal contract because i carefully read the contract before purchase its so disappointing they ignore my concern and frozen my account.

Seeking Legal Guidance on BJ Mining

I’m looking for advice on how to take legal action against BJ Mining. My experience with them has been extremely negative.

They closed my account because of somebody else’s actions, and then they froze the accounts of the people I had referred. None of this was my fault, yet I was the one punished. When I tried to get answers, I was only met with excuses and evasive responses.

At this point, I feel completely misled and want to hold them accountable. If anyone can point me in the right direction for legal steps, I’d greatly appreciate it. Please be very cautious before dealing with this company.

This company is a scam. Do not invest any money. I invested 50k USD and made another 50k over 2 months this summer. They froze my account and my affiliates' account after I missed the changing details section on the 113th contract purchase to a VIP continuous contract. They have stolen my money, and they will steal yours. They do not operate in mining crypto. As another user has pointed out, they are a PONZI scheme. They are not registered with the FCA in the UK. The limited company is simply a facade, as with other cloud mining companies. Legally, there is little that can be done if you are in a different jurisdiction. I have, however, reported them to the UK police's cybercrime unit. I would also add that I suspect many of the reviews on this and other sites are disingenuous and almost all of the advertisments online are paid and unverified 3rd party adds.

I bought into this company and they froze my account after I had made somewhat of a profit ($180). I had invested $600 into this company buying their packages with returns on my investments. When I went to withdrawal my money, they froze my accounts stating that there was referral issues and seized my money. Mind you I created my own account and invested my own money. For those of you out there who are looking for an easy way to earn passive income from crypto mining, BEWARE!!! In the world of crypto, there is NOTHING EASY. I started a few weeks ago to use BJ MINING as a way to make EASY money, and it would appear that I have been scammed. At first, everything that I did using their platform was just as I had expected. I started out with small investments, letting them grow until I was to a place when I thought I would try a withdrawal from my BJ MINING ACCOUNT. That's when I knew I was in trouble. I had signed up using a referral. That means that a friend of mine sent me a link to the BJ MINING website, and if I signed up using his referral link, he would make commissions on any crypto deposits I made to my account. He checked his account and verified that he did indeed receive commission from my deposits through the referral program. Now, I'm trying to go through the BJ MINING withdrawal process, and I have hit a brick wall. Without going into details, it seems my friend has run into a little trouble in his dealings with BJ MINING, his account has been frozen, and if he doesn't correct the problem, his account will be frozen and all his funds confiscated. Now, let's just say, if BJ MINING could prove something that would back up their actions, then that might be lawfully possible, I'm not sure. But now, BJ MINING has also informed me that because I had signed up through my friend's referral, my account also will be frozen and all funds confiscated as well, and that I had better convince my friend to fix his problem. DEFINITELY NOT SOMETHING A REPUTABLE COMPANY WOULD DO!!! My account is not tied to his other than through the referral, and I have fulfilled all of my contractual obligations, so why would would they confiscate all my funds too. I have since done some extensive research, at least to the best of my ability, about crypto mining websites, and have run across several seemingly knowledgeable people's blogs, etc, that warn that 99.9% of all crypto mining websites are scams. The old adage that "if it seems too good to be true, it usually is" is accurate. The crowning clarification that I have been scammed came from the crypto exchange company that I use to deposit funds to, purchase crypto, and then withdraw crypto to websites like BJ MINING. A couple of weeks after I made my first deposit to BJ MINING, my crypto exchange company contacted me through their customer relations program, asking me where my crypto withdrawal I made from them had been sent, if I had any crypto trading/mining experience, and if I had a financial advisor. So I answered all their questions honestly, and thought that would suffice. Two weeks later, they contacted me to tell me my account would be restricted to a "Trade Only" account, and that for my protection, they would not let me do any crypto withdrawals. When I questioned as to why, they told me that "unfortunately" the company I had sent the funds to was a scam. They told me all the proper authorities that I should report it to, and that they would provide any information that would back up my claims if asked to. I'm sorry this review has been so extensive, but just saying IT'S A SCAM doesn't provide any proof. I could provide even more information on the subject of this review, but for those of you who have taken the time to read it thus far, you probably get my drift. Crypto is a big, new world, and with all the hype, scams are rampant. Do your homework first and BEWARE!!
Just to add a bit more hopefully useful information, I have read all the fine print of BJ MINING's "Privacy and Policy" and "Terms of Service" documentation, including those things specifically related to account restrictions for unfillment of all contractual obligations pertaining to VIP Continuous Contracts. BJ MINING does point out the account restrictions that would appear to apply to the account holder who is in default. However, it does not specifically say that those restrictions would also apply to all of that account holder's referrals. Also. their description of the how the referral program works only discusses only how commission works. I can find nothing anywhere that says an individual's account is tied to their referrer's account in every respect, including any and all restrictions imposed on the referr's account being applied to the referee's account. BJ MINING talks a "good talk" about being clear and transparent. Doesn't seem like it to me. Why would anyone who knew that sign up using a referral link? Personally, I certainly would not ask anyone to sign up using my referral link, just in case I did make a mistake in my contract obligations. And just how far down the chain of referrals does this go?

All users take care to check the details of each contract. After 112 contracts my 113th had a clause at the end of the details section that I missed describing the contract as a VIP continuous contract and requiring me to purchase a further ten 27K contracts before the 30 day expiration of the purchased contract. As I was unable to purchase the required contracts BJ Mining prevented withdrawals from the account and have frozen my account and withheld all of my funds. My Father in-law who also invested using my referral code has been prevented from withdrawing his funds from BJmining account because of my default.

Update - My father in law had a direct message from his trading platform,Bitbuy, which indicated that in their opinion BJ mining is a scam.

Just google BJmining review and you’ll find an increasing amount of evidence that they are in fact scamming people. I have reported them the Action Fraud in the UK. I’m also exploring legal action.

It's Ponzi scheme, also scam. Don't invest to much, one day the bubble will blow up and you'll lose all your money.

Beside money, you can also lose your personal information. They will try to scare you with lawsuits if you speak openly but don't be scared, they can do nothing.

At first, I was very happy to receive income from my investments, a few smaller contracts on this site. Then I did further research because returns seem unrealistic. Now I'm feeling nervous and here's why:

1 - I would like to see more transparency from BJmining. I can't find any independent audits for the claims they make and most information on the web seems to be from paid placement articles written by the company. I would like more actual proofs of their claims.

2 - I could not find any FCA Register entry authorising “BJ Management Limited” or “BJMining” for regulated activities. This is a big red flag.

Also: There’s no public mining-pool dashboard, on-chain payout addresses, facility audit, or power contract evidence—standard ways legit operators prove hashrate.

BJmining, please step up and give us more transparency. Until then I remain nervously invested til my contracts end.
