Service was good but poor product
Service was good. Had no problems. Among my purchases was a set of 'one second 24 needles' for £7.99. So far every needle I used broke the eye of the needle within the first few stitches. From what I could see there is a tiny projection at the eye and this gets tangled up with the fabric when you pass the needle through the fabric and when you give the needle a gentle tug to free it from the fabric, as is done when the thread gets into a knot, the projection comes off. These needles don't do what they are meant to do. I have had to resort to my normal needles.Hence the low rating. Bought in November 2024 but used only recently.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Fast forward to December 18th - rude customer service man said to her, ‘it’s taken you a long time to get back to us!’ Mum was then informed that it was damaged in transit! Due to placing the order over the phone, no email trace either. They failed to inform her of any changes. The horrendous customer service man then said he could resend but the book is no longer available. Absolutely disgusting service, rude and unprofessional service- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Awful.

I was going to order several items for my three grandsons and two sons but everything I was going to order was out of stock after having to hang on the phone for at least 15 minutes at the cost of 13pence a minute so it actually cost me £1.95p to get nothing to me this is a total rip off.
They send you a catalog and when you try and order they haven’t got what you want in stock and this is not the first time how they get any customer I’ll never know they needn’t send me out any more of their catalogs as it will go straight into the bin it’s coming up to Christmas you would think they would have plenty of stock in we certainly will not be shopping with them again and even the person I was talking to had not the best of attitudes the company may be good at times but they certainly have not been with us that’s for sure.

I had a problem with an item so I rung up and the operator was extremely helpful and offered to send me a replacement free of charge.

Just why don't we get the option of…
Just why don't we get the option of awarding of ZERO stars.Appalling service, item ordered via Amazon Mmarket Place, arrived faulty but now they want me to pay for return postage and if you try tp phone them to complain you end up needing to use a premium rate phone number.
Buyers beware
Given 1 star only because no option for no star. Placed an order back in April and still not received the order. After numerous emails told the item is out of stock and unable to say when stock will arrive. Absolutely appalling company - buyers beware.
Missing Pieces
Given a B&P puzzle for Christmas. Completed only to find two pieces missing and one extra piece which is a duplicate. Told by B&P there was nothing they could do without proof of purchase. Sent a photo of the jigsaw as proof. Did not want to embarrass anyone asking for details of the purchase in view of the circumstances. B&P have now said that without POP they cannot take any further action. Obviously the days of good business ethics have gone along with goodwill gestures.

Missing pieces, terrible service
Bought 5 puzzles. First one had two pieces missing and an extra piece from a different puzzle. Complained and was sent a replacement I didn't want, having already done the puzzle. Emailed to explain this and was ignored. Just done the second puzzle and again, there's a piece missing. Colours of the puzzle don't match the picture, boxes are flimsy and bizarre shaped pieces. Avoid buying from bits and pieces at all costs

We have ordered a few different puzzles from this company and have been thoroughly impressed with every one of them. The orders have arrived in a timely fashion, coming earlier than expected. The puzzles themselves are of a beautiful quality in colour and material. We also love that the pieces are all so unique; it makes putting them together all the more fun. We are shocked at the negative reviews as this is not our experience at all.
Good product and quick delivery
Product (nesting dolls) is as described, in good condition. The parcel arrived quickly and it was easy to reach the customer service by email to check on the shipping.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-Missing stepping stones
Well I saw some cat stepping stones from this company, offered free Delivery on the first order so bought a pair of them. Order went through 27th June, got the usual thank you for your order email then nothing until 21st July when I got this email see below. I request replacement and still nothing, no tracking info, no delivery date , nothing, emails bounce back and I refuse to ring premium rate phone lines, so as I have paid by PayPal I have contacted them directly as companies like this should be struck off from using there bank, I have also emailed consumer group, again companies like this need to be held accountable for such poor service and to lie and say a courier has lost the goods when clearly they have not been despatched then becomes fraud, taking money and not providing the good’s within there t&c is therefore illegal trading, I wish I had read the other reviews before purchasing however I’m now writing this to ensure others don’t make the same mistake. I will re post this weekly as poor reviews are no good for any company and watchdog will be contacted this weekend

Deserves a minus rating
I would give this company a minus rating if I could. Ordered 4x1000 piece jigsaws. Have completed three. First one had 2 pieces missing and one duplicate piece. The one just completed has 4 missing pieces and 2 duplicate pieces. All new and in sealed bags.
Not Impressed. Poor customer service
I received my order today from this company. It’s the first time I’ve used them and won’t be using them again.
One of the rocca bars was empty although it was sealed. I understand that’s one of these things but the attitude of the customer service and tone of the e Mail leaves much to be desired.
I need to return it in the full and original packaging to receive a refund. That’s a lot of hassle for a £4 vape!
A gesture of goodwill on my next order would have sufficed but I won’t be ordering from here again.
There is no customer service
There is no customer service, or rather - you have to pay for it! They don’t answer the emails - I’ve been waiting for over a month now. And it seems like the only way to talk to them is through a premium rate phone line. Absolutely unacceptable. Also, on a different note they kept sending me discount codes in their newsletter but those discounts are invalid and simply a click bait.

Avoid like the plague - your details will be sold to the devil
My order was decidedly average, I unsubscribed from their mailing list within a fortnight. Now, 5 months later, I'm receiving unsolicited mail (through the post) from companies they have sold my details to - I did not give them my permission- and I know it was Bits and Pieces because the letters state in fine print that this is where they got my information. In the last fortnight I have also received 157 spam emails which is WAY more than usual. Presumably because they have sold my email address to people. I am also receiving texts and phone calls from scams thanks to Bits and Pieces. Avoid like the plague. No average piece of plastic is worth all of this. Plus to phone their customer service you have to pay through the nose. Absolutely horrific company.
Overall very pleased
Overall very pleased, there were issues but customer services were really good and resolved the issues promptly. Only gripe is the cost of phoning customer services, NOT a great way to treat customers but the product and team are good.
