I haven't played here but I know a lot of people that do. So far the support team has been awesome responding to inquiries very fast and efficiently. That alone is 50%of what makes a site worth going back to.

I was skepical having been scammed before...but these guys deliver great service each time !!

Absolute best gaming platform ever
Fast friendly response

This company has truly amazed me in more ways than one. They treat their customers like family with respect patience and care. I do not regret it one bit being a part or the gold family. Quick withdrawal as well. Don't have to wait those few ugly days to get your money. You get it back as quick as you put it in

I was able to resolve my problem with the help and patience of customer support on Bit of Gold. Thank you for helping me understand the transactions I made.

Everything did the way the responded when I would chat with them they answered my questions quick professionally sincere honest the only problem I have really and it’s little I don’t have litecoin so I use bitcoin but I am gonna correct myself I forgot my PayPal has litecoin but if I’m correct u have to get it through Doge coin I downloaded that app on my phone but it broke so I use my moms phone all my info is stored on that phone it would be nice if I can use my PayPal for litecoin and I wish could get withdraws quicker but I’m still satisfied and grateful and appreciate everything also would love it even on free play could withdraw more than just 25 but I will get myself to be able to one day I’m still happy and grateful for whatever I get I wanna thank y’all so much for being understanding polite cause as a server I know you can’t satisfy everyone but keep up the good work

You can win at bit of gold! They give great bonuses too. My new favorite online casino. Can’t wait to get my winnings so I can play some more with them!

They took my winnings twice and claimed they paid me I called emailed and asked for transaction hash to find my money and the refused to give it to me. They're really good in the beginning. I can never get a answer to what happened to my winningsi do not recommend this site they will take ur money

My issue has not been solved they have been there for me every step of the way

Initiated 3 different chats and still have not gotten my problem resolved. I am going to spread the word on Facebook. You all stole $10 from me. Its not much but its the principle!!!

Thanks you too so much for helping me out with my sign up bonus

The Bit of Gold platforms are a fantastic place to play your favorite games. With such a wide variety of games and the sign-up bonus with plenty to try them out on, what have you got to lose? I give five stars, and that's for the excellent customer service, the ease of signing up, and the understanding of the process involved.
