I made Deposit of 50€ via ethereum on this site around week ago and my funds are still not credited in my casino account. Support is not working for me so i write email next day and they said the will look into it is now 6th day from my message and i still dont have funds iným account. Ive sent then every proof every screenshot of payment and also transaction hash to prove it. So do not recommend playing here. No response from them

I'm just not vibing with this site. There's just something about it that doesn't click for me, especially with so many other choices out there. I stick to slots at a couple of tried-and-true casinos like Stake and TrustDice.

This company is apparently in business for one reason which is to rip people off. I had been playing on there for about a month doing nothing but losing and then when I finally won $100 dollars I attempted to cash it out only to be told that my account was suspended for having multiple accounts. Needless to say that was never the case. I believe this is what they do in order to get out of paying people their winnings. Was unable to ever speak to anyone in live chat because they dont respond nor do they respond to your emails. This site is a complete scam and I would seriously advise anyone NOT TO PLAY HERE!! It's ironic how they dont know anything about you having these so called multiple accounts when your making deposits. Seem to only find out about them when you attempt to cash out. Imagine that. Make no mistake about it this business is as shady as they come.

I signed up on their site on 05/20 when I first learned about them. Lost my first three deposits and then on 05/22 I hit for $750.00. I cashed out $600.00 and played the other $150.00. 36hours after submitting my withdrawal I still had not received it so I proceeded to email support a number of times as I was unable to get any response on live chat. They have a video below their website when you search for them on the search engine and it's specifically states that they cash out all crypto in under 12 hours. At this point I write my third email to support questioning my withdrawal. I went on to ask them why it was that it didn't take 72 hours to process my deposits. They had no answer for me. Not 15 minutes later I get an email in my box telling me that my account has been suspended for having multiple accounts which I can stand before God and tell you was not the case. I would think just having learned of the place days before, I would certainly know if I signed up more than one time on the site. I'm certain there have been quite a few other people that have experienced the same type of actions here It was merely a ploy in which to steal my money from me. These are genuinely bad people. These are the types of people who exploit people with hardships for their own personal gain. All I can do is keep my faith in God and in doing so. Pray to God that the mutts that own this casino burn for eternity in hell. Everything written about them is on point they are thieves,lowlifes, and complete scam artists.
