Well I waited all day for this delivery and it said it was delivered, I checked immediately and nothing is here. So for clarification, it was not stolen cause it was never here. Not a happy customer.

Sample are beautiful, 3rd party shipper is not
The fabric samples are beautiful, I am planing to use Birdy Grey for my bridal part, the groom's party as well as out flower girl and ring berer. I do have to ensure that Birdy Grey has the size for young children, which is the next step of my deep dive on Birdy Grey. My only issue is with the carrier they went through, GOFO. When I receive my package through my elderly family member, I was informed that the package was thrown at her, the driver go into their vehicle and left. Not the fault of Birdy Grey. Birdy Grey's customer service team went ahead and changed my next order that was being shipped out to be under another shipping service to help avoid another incident. I appreciate and thank Birdy Gery for ensuring customer safety and satisfaction.

Well made but needs alterations
The dress is well made but it definitely is going to need some alterations. My sizing is so challenging that it makes buying dresses difficult. I wish the matte satin was a bit more forgiving, unfortunately this is what my sister chose for the bridesmaids. Definitely will need some spanks underneath.
Really wish there were more mom-bod type options available.

Stellar Customer Service
I had a fantastic experience purchasing from Birdy Grey! I ordered a dress and received it on time, however I didn't realize that my slight weight fluctuation would make such a difference in the next time I tried it on for hemming the length. I was not even sure how to proceed at that time, but one quick email to Birdy Grey and I received a prompt response with all the info I needed and another dress on the way! They went out of the way to help me and make sure the right dress in my new size arrived quickly and before the fast arriving wedding date! Poor packaging
My suit came in very wrinkled and wasn’t packed well not packed well. It is now going to take me time to clean it and keep it clean until the wedding.

Solid Suit
The pants with the elastic waste allows wiggle room and fits comfortably. The suit jacket is a little tight at the shoulders but fits fine. The color is fantastic.

measurements were off even with the custom precise measurements taken before hand
The suit is of good quality and came very speedy, My only complaint is the fit. I was expecting to take my suit to a tailor anyways however I definitely need it more than I thought. These are good suits just make sure you have enough time to get them tailored before their use

I really don’t like the quality of the…
I really don’t like the quality of the dress. They fit weird. If you want to return them it’s going to cost you money rather than being a free return for 30 days. My dress took forever to get in, then was not good at all. I ordered a different one and it still sucks but not as bad I guess. Unfortunately I have to wear it because of the color but I hope I never have to use this company again.
