Spoke to Alex on the phone regarding the car. Very polite, very professional. We drove down to the showroom. Met Alex, had a chat, he answered every question we had in detail. We took the car for a drive decided we wanted to buy it. Sat in his office and sorted out payment, car tax and short term insurance cover.

Alex was amazing all the way through the process of purchasing my second car. There was no pressure or pushiness when coming to look at a vehicle from any of the staff which is something I do really appreciate. Alex was very kind and helpful when I purchased my Volkswagen Golf. He offered to fix any imperfections and answered all of my questions before I brought the car home which was amazing and the car looks and feels practically new.
