I ordered a slimming product that they advertised as approved by the NHS and other agencies. What I received is not the product shown in the advert. There are no dosage instructions and I dare not take a scam product. They say that because it is more than 14 days since I contacted them, they cannot refund my money. I say that they have sent me a false product which is not what I ordered therefore there is no contact. Disgusted and will take the matter up with PayPal.

Terrible company said item was from uk it comes from China supposedly with a money back guarantee so product was probably fake defiantly didn’t work so asked for a refund on the bottles I had left after a long wait and another reminder to them have been offered 30% refund and they stated product would be more than that to post

I ordered 4 bottles of Buildleaf on June 14th 2025 and the cost was £28.76. On the next screen it offered more bottles at a reduced rate. I didn`t want any more bottles and the only option was to click `Go To Cart`, which I did. The next screen then offered more bottles at a reduced rate and once again there was no option to say `No`, just the `Go To Cart` button. The next screen showed that I had purchased 12 bottles at a cost of £58.68. There was no option to check, amend or cancel the order. I was not very happy that I had been a victim of fraud. I then checked my bank account and found that 4 payments (none of them the £58.68 showing on my order receipt) had been taken from my account totalling £134.62. Luckily I had taken a screenshot of my receipt of £58.68 so this is additional evidence I can show my bank. I emailed the company and the email was returned saying it had failed to be delivered. I have emaiIed again using the email address shown on Trustpilot and will see what happens. I have received 12 bottles from Biowavecare, not the 4 I wanted or at the price I wanted. I have basically been scammed out of £106!!

I ordered and got constant emails that I hadn't completed the order. Like a fool I believed them without checking and went to order again. They tell you a certain price, then after you fill in your payment details, they then offer you an upgrade for little extra. But it's not an upgrade it's a new order in top of existing order, which you can't do anything about once you realise what they are doing and charging. It's a deceptive practise, feels very dishonest. Then they say they have a surprise with an extra order again at special price and this time , no pretence from them, there isn't an option to to accept or reject and they add a third order to your card payment. I hope this gives you help in making a decision to buy from this company. I can't make a comment about the product because I now don't believe a word they write and I do doubt I'll ever receive anything and if I do going by my experience so far I shall receive 26 bottles of complete rubbish. I have notified my bank to stop payment and also emailed the company to cancel the order. I'll keep you updated

Placed an order. They advertise it is recommended by the NHS (England) and that it is made in the UK. I now have serious doubts about the truth of an NHS recommendation - as there is no proof offered. Then postage states £14.99 (not even next day signed for costs anywhere near that) so that suggests it's coming from overseas. They reduce the postage (how big of them) and then charge you more. I have an order for £27.71 and they took £33.25 from my account. Now they are refusing to answer emails. Luckily I ordered via Paypal so at least I have a chance of getting a full refund.
