Since January 8th 2024 through today 2/14/2024 I have spent over five hours on the phone over the course of 6 different calls simply to get a refill on an existing prescription. Bioplus RX in my experience, is simply incapable of filling a prescription, billing it out properly and shipping it correctly to the patient. Though they have repeatedly promised to contact me and the manufacturer of the drug, they have never done so in this period of time. I call, spend 30 to 120 minutes on the phone, and Bioplus tells me they are working diligently at escalating my issue, it is in process and they will call me back. To date they haven't contacted me back at all. My suggestion toward improving their business is to try putting customers ahead of profits and/or executive compensation packages.

This pharma company sells its products under multiple brand names and 1 such i encountered was SterloMax Hand Sanitizer E80 which has a label that it uses WHO suggested formula for its sanitizer which can be true but they like to use cheap, faulty and defective seals for their alcohol based products which makes it completely unusable by the time it reach's your place by courier. Plz prefer branded sterillium products than these local cheap ones. I ordered their product from flipkart but i received products with faulty/broken seals and 2 of my bottles where leaking due to which 1 bottle of 4 which was delivered in dripping condition. By the time i opened my parcel 1 bottle was almost empty and sanitizer inside was evaporated and other one with compromised seal and some what alcohol soaked seal and a wet bottle neck. Due to such leaks alcohol content in product can drop and make it useless for disinfection purpose. Don't trust this company they don't know how to put seals and its importance. As always i remembered prevention is better than cure and i will never buy anything from flipkart and this seller as they both disagreed to proved me a refund.
