I really like the Bio&Me Super Seedy and Nutty Granola. It's a regular part of my morning breakfast. I love the crunchy texture and the mixture of seeds and nuts. It's nicely balanced and not too sweet. I usually have it with yogurt and fruit. Definitely one that I will keep buying. Highly recommended!

I really enjoyed trying the Bio&Me Blueberry Granola. It has a lovely crunchy texture with a good mix of grains, nuts and fruit, and the blueberry flavour gives it a nice fruity taste. I particularly like that it has no added sugar and is high in fibre, making it a great option for breakfast or a quick snack.
It goes really well with yoghurt or milk, and I like that it’s plant-based and vegan-friendly. The granola is quite filling, so a small serving can go a long way.
A tasty, crunchy and convenient breakfast option, especially if you’re looking for something high in fibre without added sugar.

Bio & Me is one of my favourite healthy food brands. All the of products I have tried have been full of natural ingredients and no added sugars some really good healthy alternatives for my family.

Delivery was fast. Spiced Apple Porridge pots and Chocolate Porridge Pots are delicious. I've managed to get my teenager off chocolate waffles and on to these for breakfast. Even good for an evening/bedtime snack. The cocoa fibre and protein bars have been great for work snacks and are really tasty without any nasty additives. Love this brand!

I didn’t expect bio&me would be my everyday snack♥️ cocoa flavor is my favorite and the best part about bio&me is it got protein, fiber and less calories. 😋 absolutely delicious love it.

I have tried the Bio&Me Overnight Oats Pistachio & Chia. This is a healthy breakfast easy 3 mins idea and very convenient and easy to make. Filling as got the chia seeds.
I just love anything Pistachio so it is a perfect combination as it’s healthy too.

Absolutely love the raspberry & coconut overnight oats. They are so filling !

I tried the protein granola this week and honestly it was so nice, the flavour is amazing and with it being gut friendly - no added sugar - high in fibre and 9g protein is amazing.
Looking forward to trying more of their products.

Absolutely love the Bio&Me Pistachio & Vanilla Granola! The flavour combination is so good.. the pistachio gives it something a little different and the vanilla adds just the right amount of sweetness. Crunchy, tasty and has quickly become one of my go-to breakfasts. Definitely one I’ll be buying again!

I recently tried the Bio&Me kefir energy drink and it was so nice! I’m not normally a matcha fan, but I thought I’d try the vanilla matcha flavour and it was lovely! It was just like drinking a milkshake, I just can’t believe how many good things are in it for it to taste so good! Will definitely buy again and want to try their other products now too!
