Great service, use it ALL the time (3-5 gigs per week) and only ever had a problem one time and customer support was exceptional and the problem was solved promptly! Love all the new features and flexibility they keep adding!

I was Just checking the price, i just entered my credit card details. And my my money got deducted without asking for OTP. Since it is also written as, refund is available if not used. So I haven't used it yet. But i didn't receive any cancellation mail or refund mail.

Changing to five star, as I received a response within hours, an issue was resolved within 12 hrs. Best help ever received from an online company. Highly recommended.

This site is awesome! You can quickly create beautiful, custom Bingo cards. I used this for a company holiday party. I love that I was able to customize the call-outs, upload our brand images, and include custom team photos. Highly recommended!

I probably went to half a dozen websites looking for a good bingo card generator that could be used for any topic or simple bingo. This was by far the easiest one to work with, adjust, and manage. I only needed one bingo game for an event I was running and the trial offer was a more than reasonable price. I would 100% keep this subscription if I ran Bingo events or wanted to use that card style for more activities. Support was responsive and kind as well!

The customer support is fast and friendly! I had an issue with my subscription but they helped to get it resolved. The app itself is great.

This company is a scam! Ordered a card that was so poorly formatted that we could not even use it, for just $2. When we couldn't use it, thought I'd just eat the cost. Within a few days, I was charged another $19.95 and just after that, another $0.59. I contacted the company told them that the product that we ordered was not usable and that we never agreed to a $20 charge. The company agreed to refund it.

HOWEVER, here I am a full year later, and after they have pilfered $260 from my account, still dealing with their fraudulent practices.

I never gave them permission to store my card information, let alone charge me repeatedly for a product that we expected to use one time, but couldn't even use it that one time. It was never even worth it! Save your time! Save your stress! Run now, do not trust this "bingo" company

I too was surprised by a monthly charge, after (what I thought) my one-time charge of USD 2.95.

I also hadn't read the fine print at the bottom, which states that this registration automatically converts to a monthly charge of USD 19.95.

I discovered just in time that USD 19.95 had been debited from my credit card.

Through the contact form on their website, and later via "my dashboard," I immediately indicated that I did not wish to use their services.

They responded very quickly, saying they would refund the USD 19.95.

A few days later, this was done.

So I can only say that this was resolved properly.

Of course, it's not so hard to imagine that their business model lies in customers not reading the fine print.
And then discovering too late that a monthly charge would be made.

Is this a decent way to do business? Mwhoa..

Amazing customer service team!

Used this service for an event we are sponsoring, and found it super simple to use. When I did run into problems with numbers not showing up, I emailed support and they responded the next business day to fix it for me. Would definitely use again and recommend.

This product is a scam. They tricked me to spend 3 dollars for a ‘trial’ and kept extending for 18 dollars per month while I never used their product after the first day. No notifications or emails where received that money was deducted.

Can I give them zero stars? Paid once for a set of bingo cards, charged for months without realizing they were doing it. Who in the right mind would pay $20 a month for bingo cards? Lol what a scam.

I used the program one time in March 2025 for one card. That was $2.99 trial for 7 days. I thought it was cancelled. They have been charging me a monthly subscription every month since then and refunded one month. One card, one day, $20/month. When I realized that repeating charge, I requested refund from circumstance. Nope. They expect one card and one use to be billed months. They refunded one month, but $80+ for one bingo card for a small group on a legal team? Awful business practice knowing this was not intended usage by a customer and repeatedly saying to see no usage since.. Many competitors exist who would not force that expense not used for months and in error!!!. No exception. Chase managing refund.

I used Bingo Card Creator to generate cards for music bingo to be played at a bridal shower. The application is user friendly with lots of options and designs.

The party was a success!

Plus, their customer service is excellent!
