Large pouch - but could do better.
I like buying from start-up companies with good environmental credentials so this is the second product I’ve bought from Billy T.
Disappointing, though, that there are no tabs sewn in at the top of the pouch, next to the ends of the zip. There’s nothing to grip when trying to open or close the chunky zip. This is a design defect that could so easily be rectified. When you fully close the zipper, it’s really difficult to unzip again because the pouch flexes along with the zip when you try to open it, so you end up having to pinch and hold the very top of the pouch to try and get the zip to open. It’s a faff I could do without, especially on a premium priced product. The rest is fine, though a bit more padding to protect a laptop inside wouldn’t go amiss.

We were very sorry to hear that you weren't totally happy with the design of your Pouch Russell. This is the first time we've heard of this issue with our Pouches, but as discussed via email we will certainly bear it in mind for the future.
