Great experience from beginning to end! Fast shipping! I could not believe from the time I ordered until the time the sweater arrived, was only 5 days! Coming from Scotland to New York, that is amazing and better than domestic shipments. My wife loved her sweater! Beautiful!

I found the ordering of a jumper for my wife at Christmas a very easy and professional process. Communication as to accessing the wool and the jumper's production was helpful and the product on delivery found to be exactly as I had ordered and hoped for. It is excellent. A week on from Christmas and the jumper has had a week's wear! It looks very smart and (I am told) is very warm.

Worth the wait
I had to wait several weeks, because the shipping in Germany was very slow, so that I feared the parcel had been lost. Bill Babor contacted me during this time several times, so I knew, they still felt responsible, which I appreciated.
But today the pullover arrived, very beautiful colour, pattern and quality. Excellent knitware. I always take one size up.

Beautiful hand made sweaters and jackets. I visited this store in the heart of Edinburgh Scotland in October 2022 and purchased a few pieces. When I returned to the US I received many compliments.
