Company no longer seems legit.

Purchased bikini in November which only arrived mid-Jan. Non existent support team and then I send back with the pre-paid label in the bag and now they say they didn’t receive it. I posted multiple items at the same time through Royal Mail with no issue. Now I have no item and I’m £90 down.

Avoid.

Awful customer service, I ordered a bikini 4 weeks ago still hasn’t been shipped. Got told it was a pre order item event though there was nothing to say it’s pre order (in fact it’s still up on their website to buy). Was told I would get it before Christmas and now I have been told i should get it second week of Jan (doubt it)

I absolutely love Bikini Bible, it’s genuinely one of the best swimwear brands I’ve ever bought from. The quality is incredible, the prints are stunning, and the sizing is always spot on. I’ve ordered multiple bikinis and swimsuits over time, and every single piece has made me feel amazing. I always get so many compliments whenever I wear them!

I had a fantastic experience with Bikini Bible. My order arrived the very next day, which was a great surprise! The quality and fit of the bikini were genuinely impressive — you can really tell they’ve put thought into both design and materials.

I ordered two bikinis - both hideous and unflattering, not worth the price tag IMO.

Returned them (you have to arrange your own postage as they don’t provide a label). After 4 weeks, they still hadn’t refunded me. I emailed them and I didn’t get a reply until 2 weeks later. They confirmed they received the bikinis and that I should expect refund in 3-5 days. It’s been another 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my refund and they’re ignoring my emails.

I’m not sure why there are negative reviews on here, I’ve yet to utilise the customer service but my bikinis and coverup arrived super quick, amazing quality, super impressed with them. I am a professional shopaholic 😂so know quality etc, 95% of the time I shop online so my expectations are high. I do need to return a one piece as I need a bigger size as it’s eating my ass, should I encounter poor service then I’ll be back to add to this review but so far I’m LOVING this brand 🫶🏽🔥

If I could leave no starts I would. It has been over a month and I have still not received my items. I contacted bikini bible to assist in finding the items however they let me know they have been delivered and I have been notified of this. However not one email has been sent to me, I have checked my spam/ junk and nothing. They have then provided me with the order number to track the delivery of which turns out is the wrong order number. I am without my items and am now being outright ignored by bikini.
This brand is an utter scam, please don’t waste your money like I did. I wish I had listened to the other reviews before I placed my order.

I genuinely believe many of the positive reviews here must be fake. My experience with Bikini Bible has been nothing short of awful. I received faulty items, and when I returned them, I was refused a refund and forced to accept a credit note, on top of having to cover the return postage myself. When I used the credit to order replacements, the bikinis didn't fit properly and sat awkwardly. I returned them, but two weeks have passed, and I've had no response or credit note issued. The company has completely gone silent. I deeply regret ever shopping here. Terrible customer service and a poor business overall. Avoid at all costs.

About a half year ago I have purchased a lovely bikini set from the Bikini Bible, which has arrived very quickly and is just fit like a glove.
Recently bought an another one but different style, same size as the first one I have ordered before. Unfortunately it didn’t fit, so I have returned it. I had to pay for the return via Royal Mail because they don’t cover return fees (I could have done it with Evri being much cheaper but having a bad experience with that company I didn’t want to risk having my parcel get lost), that cost me £8,95. Because the bikini I have ordered it was on sale the Bikini Bible policy is that they only issue a store credit and no refund. I was already not impressed with that the company doesn’t cover return fees and doesn’t take any responsibility for returns either, so if it get lost on the way back for some reason, you basically lose your money. Hence I have used Royal Mail for returns. Just because I had the store credit and I couldn’t afford just to have a voucher sitting in my email I have decided to get the same style bikini set in same size what I originally purchased 6 months ago, but this time different colour. I thought that will be it. I’m sorted for my holiday, same size, same style but different colour, it will fit. I was wrong, the top was 2 cm longer under bust than the other one so I quickly emailed their costumer service thinking this might be a faulty item. Apparently wasn’t, according the lady have replied to me sizes can vary in different prints, even if is the same style! I don’t think so! Nothing has been mentioned about this on the description and it should be the same size regardless of the colour. Anyway, I have returned this one too for another £8,95 and ordered another bikini, which didn’t fit either, so I have returned that one too for another £8,95. I couldn’t size down with any of them because the cup size would have been far too small. I have spent nearly £30 just on return fees on top of what I have on store credit £80. I have emailed the costumer service again if they could just give me a refund as one off because I’m not going to order again. The return postage is just too expensive, should be covered by Bikini Bible and also I can’t afford to order multiple sizes in different styles just to see which one fits better, also I really needed that £80 back. She declined as this is their return policy on sale items, which again would make more sense if they would have an actual store in London to be able to go in and try the items on, rather than ordering online and sending back if doesn’t fit on costumers expense. Them being an online retailer only I would warn people to think twice before ordering, unless you can afford to order multiple items to be able to try them on. I’m very disappointed and I’m leaving my store credit with them, I won’t be ordering again. There should be more done for costumers in terms of returns!

I recently bought from this brand and was impressed with the customer service. Lauren and her team were quick to respond to my queries. The quality of the bikini was also very impressive. I will be ordering again soon !

Not only was my swimsuit absolutely stunning. But the customer service was top notch. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure I got my piece in time for my hen. And the little personalised note was a lovely touch. Look forward to more purchases in the future.

Bikini Bible bikinis are by far my favourite bikini brand, the fits are so flattering, I am bigger busted so go up a size. The quality of the bikinis are also what makes them so incredible. Long lasting, great quality and the collections just keep getting better!
