The Bear who came for Christmas.

I received a phone call from my Grand-Daughter saying that was the best thing that was ever delivered to her front door. The bear was for my first Great-Grandson, however I am still waiting to see a picture from her showing the bear and my Great-Grandson together!
Thank You for your promptness in delivering the bear.

Extremely disappointed

Did not receive a stuffed camel and a stuffed frog by Christmas as promised when ordered on December 8th. (exact words on my order: shipped: delivered on or before Dec. 24th - Delivery Guaranteed NO LATER THAN Wednesday, Dec 25). I am terribly frustrated with this company and their lack of customer service. Left many voicemails and as one other customer mentioned on the review, during peek time. It wasn't until I filled out a form on the website and submitted it a WEEK AFTER Christmas, on January 31st did a person finally call me back. He left a voicemail and gave me a direct number to call. But as of today, January 7th 2015, again after many attempts and leaving messages... radio silence. They have charged my credit card. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I can not recommend this company to anyone.

Big talk, little action

The only gift my daughter asked for was the giant kangaroo. After ordering and receiving the shipping notice from the company and UPS, I was surprised to find out it never shipped (only found out when did not arrive on delivery date). After repeated calls, I discovered from Michael that the material was back ordered and so they were going to refund my money - which they did quickly I must say. However, I would have appreciated earlier notice and believe the only way I discovered the issue was by staying on top of the package. Also, initially I was very impressed when Michael offered to purchase a similar product from another company in order to make things right. However, I am glad I went ahead and ordered as I never heard from him again. Needless to say, I am not impressed.

We appreciate your input. Thanks for taking our phone call today and accepting our apology. We experienced tremendous growth in December that we were not prepared for, and as a result, we disappointed some of our most loyal customers, such as yourself.. At the time of your call-in to our offices in mid December, we did not have proper systems in place or adequate staff on hand to handle the very, very large increase in orders we were experiencing at that time; and although we did the best we could at the time, it was simply not enough in some instances such as yours.

When we issued your refund while you were on the phone with is in mid-December - we also offered to buy you another similar product from a different manufacturer to send to you at our expense. However our phone conversation was ended prematurely without us properly entering and saving the follow-up notes from that conversation into our system. Therefore, although the 100% refund WAS issued as promised, the additional promise we made to you (which was for us to buy another stuffed animal on your behalf to send to you - in addition to your refund that you already received) was not kept by us. We deeply regret that.

Now that the Christmas Season has passed, we have since invested in putting new systems into place, and we have added more employees. to ensure that we have all the necessary tools and manpower to keep up with any large increases in orders (no matter how big), while at the same time continue to provide great customer service that you and all of our customers deserve.

Please let us know when a new need for a giant stuffed animal arises, and we will send one out at to you no cost. Thank you for your business.

Never got order & it was THE one from Santa

Guess they don't read info provided on their order form at all.
One extremely disappointed child and very upset parent at Christmas this year. I even called customer support and they were closed during peak season and did NOT return call!!!

My Daughter loved it!!

My daughter received a big plush reindeer from Santa. It had a Santa hat and ribbon personalized to her. She woke up Christmas morning so excited saying over and over "this is exactly what I wanted!!" What a wonderful Christmas!! Thank you for help making it possible. The reindeer is beautiful and soft. I love that it is made 100% in the USA. Great product. I would recommend them again and again!

Awful experience. Didn't receive the merchandise but credit card was charged right away.

I ordered my son an animal for Christmas from Santa. Not only did it not come as promised on or before Dec. 24th, I didn't hear anything from them at all. No email or phone call telling me there was a problem with the delivery either before or now after 3 attempts to reach out to them. However, my credit card was charged right away and has not been credited so they are on top of getting their payment.

Awesome!!

Best Teddy Bear for the price ever! Got the 96 inch with the secret pocket for my 13 year old. She hasn't let go since. The Bears are cute soft. So much bigger then what you get in the stores. Came with a t shirt and a ribbon. Will buy all my stuffed animals from them.

terrible

Ordered on 11-29-14 & still don't know if I will get my purchase. It is 1-1-15 and no news about whether I will get it. Should have gotten it before Christmas. Guess I need a refund. I would give zero stars if I could do it.

teddy bear

The bear has a hole in the back of its head on the right side. It's about the size of a quarter. Why would I be sent an item that isdamaged? It really is unprofessional and now I'm stuck with it.

Horrible

I ordered a bear and they didn't even send it they told me they were going to refund me my money which they did and send me another bear for free they never did and getting in contact with them is horrible !

Thanks for expressing yourself. We appreciate your business and we love all of our customers. However it was only a few days ago (on Dec 27th) that the situation you described happened, and therefore it is impossible to assume we will not keep our promise to you of sending you a completely free bear - which is in addition to the 100% refund you previously received on Dec 27th.

As you know, we exchanged emails on Dec. 27th where we explained that our delivery of fabric which is required make the specific bear you selected was postponed by the fabric mill, and therefore, since production of that bear would therefore be delayed, we would immediately refund you 100% of your entire payment AND we would ALSO ship your bear completely FREE as soon as production was complete. We made that promise to you on Dec 27th - which is only three days ago.

On the same day - Dec 27th - We then immediately issued your PayPal refund (PayPal transaction ID 3U507512GH0496435) exactly as we promised we would. We also then scheduled your beige color bear to ship as soon as the production of new batch of this bear was completed, as we promised we would..

We understand your disappointment in not being able to receive the specific bear you selected in a timely fashion; that is why we offered to not only refund your entire payment, but also to ship the bear for free . Nothing about our promise to you has changed.

Giant Teddy Bear

The Bear arrived after Christmas but that was my fault, I ordered too late to make it on time. BUT the bear shipped out super fast and my niece loves it! It's huge, quality is perfect and would definitely order from bigplush again!

bigger may be be better but this plush bear was perfect!!!!

I purchase this gift as a request of my 17 year old son for his girlfriend for a chirstmas gift iand it was better than we expected I really did not want to give it to her and wish I could have kept it for myself but I will purchase another one for myself real soon

poor quality product

Product arrived with a hole in the seam with stuffing falling out. There wasn't time to send back for a replacement - as it was a first birthday gift. I know how to sew, so I was able to repair it myself, but shouldn't have to. Poor quality control. To be fair, I didn't ask for a replacement due to time constraints, so I can't say if it would have been repaired or replaced by big plush.

Fabulous Service

I was so impressed by my experience with Big Plush. I ordered a 5 foot bear for my son's girlfriend. When I placed the order I was clearly informed that it would not arrive before Christmas. I was fine with that since it was "last minute". To my surprise, and my son's excitement, the bear arrived on Christmas Eve. I was totally impressed with that especially since the shipping was free! The bear is absolutely beautiful; very nice quality!

Great service. Truly cared about my needs

I was waiting for an important Christmas delivery that was delayed leaving the warehouse. Each of my 3 calls was answered promptly and by people who I felt patiently and kindly went above and beyond finding me up to date status information. I felt that I was being served by a whole team who cared if I were satisfied. I will definitely order from Big Plush again.
