Right now I am a little miffed as the usps have yet to deliver my package. It is not your company's fault, but the shipping label was applied on the 12th of December. It is perplexing that your company is using the USPS when they are not a very reliable organization. I just hope that I will receive the package some time this year and not have it stolen by a USPS employee.

The product I received (oversized stuffed bear) was of high quality and was shipped to me immediately even tho I selected free shipping and the order was placed the week before Christmas. I received my order well before Christmas and everything was perfectly in order. Great company, definitely recommend to anyone.
I am completely dissatisfied! I have never received my item and have called the company numerous times and only receive a Machine to leave a message! My calls are not returned and this was a Christmas present for my daughter! I could have chosen other sites to purchase my stuffed animal from and I wish I had! Dissatisfied does not begin to explain how I feel I can't be satisfied or dissatisfied when I've never even received the item that I have paid for!

Placed order on Dec 12th 2014, got expected delivery date of 12/16. Since Dec 12th, no communication and no product and no Christmas. I have sent emails, left phone messages, nothing. Not sure if they are still in business other than to take your money. I’ll have to go to my credit card for my refund.

The only thing that my 4yr old granddaughter wants from Santa was a blue unicorn. It was ordered on 11\30 with extra shipping to make sure it was here on time..You guessed it no unicorn. They gave me excuses....ran out of fabric... mechanical difficulty's... Now today I received the wrong item. I called again...so sorry that happened... (me too)...they were to call me back in an hour to resolve the problem.... NO CALL....now no bule unicorn.....I have a tan one that I have no use for ....out $124....and a sad 4 yr old on Christmas day......Hope you have a Merry Christmas.......

I'm updating this review from 1 star to 4 because the folks at Big Plush really came through in the end. My initial order sent by USPS still hasn't arrived, but they sent a second bear by UPS and that one arrived on time for Christmas.
The 5 foot bear is fantastic, super soft & an impressive size, a good value. My daughter is in love. We may be able to hold her off from wanting a real puppy for another year.😊
The folks at Big Plush were very nice, I just think they got more Christmas business than they were prepared for, so they got behind. They should probably consider shipping by UPS in the future, as UPS was more reliable than USPS (shocker, a government program that isn't reliable! lol)
In the future, I'll just make sure they have plenty of time to ship (at least 2 weeks to avoid stress) & call if things seem to be stuck. Thank you Big Plush! You saved Christmas!

I wish there was an option to pay more for poly filling. I am going to be re-stuffing mine with soft filling..not a fan of the noise the hard, crinkle-like filling will make when my daughter snuggles with it. So an extra expensive on my end but still a good deal.
I ordered 3 big stuffed animals including one for my daughter's birthday Dec 22.
Order placed on since Dec 7th, shipped dec 10th, I was guaranteed delivery by Dec 21, but tracking # shows label made but not shipped when I checked with UPS.
SERIOUSLY.... 2 unicorns for my 2 daughters for Xmas and the other for my other girl for her birthday. I had to tell her they wont be there tomorrow monday and she is crying her heart out.
How can you do that, that is soooo wrong and unfair. Do you know what it's like to disappoint a child.
This is unacceptable and I try to reach customer service but no one returned my call. I dont know what I'm gonna do now as Xmas and my little girl's birthday is ruined.
Not cool, not cool at all... This is a scam, I can not fathom shipping label made dec 10 and never ship the product while you guarantee delivery by dec 21.

Ordered a big stuffed bear for my girlfriend for Christmas on dec 3. Haven't got it yet. Was supposed to be in on Friday still not here and the tracking hasn't changed. Says the shipping label has been made but hasn't been shipped. Now what am I supposed to give my girlfriend for Christmas? I thought this would be something different that she would really like but not anymore. Thanks for ruining my Christmas.

The site was easy to navigate. The monkey we ordered came within a couple days and it looks amazing and is really fuzzy. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I ordered a Jumbo Teddy Bear and the quality of it was great! Better than we expected! I had it in 4 days! VERY fast service and fast delivery! I highly recommend them!
Couldn't believe how fast the animals were shipped to us. I was expecting weeks and it was days. Super great service.
At first I was in the same boat as it seems a lot of other people are in with tracking their packages. I believe it is a error with the way ups is scanning their packages. Mine looked as if it hadn't left the shipper until it was actually out for delivery. I talked to Mike on the phone about a problem with my order and he went above and beyond my expectations! Its hard to find companies these days with owners that seem to legitimately care about each and every customer. I would definitely order from this company again! Highly recommend!

Do not spend your money with Big Plush. I placed an order December 9th with a guaranteed delivery of December 21st. It is now December 19th going on 20th and UPS does not have the package yet. I have called their customer service ( which is really a call routing service) 3 times in 3 days. The one time someone answered, they said they'd send the memo to the home office. I have even sent them an email through the contact us page of their website. No response. All i want to know is what happened to my package. I am now out $200 and have 5 days to find a replacement Christmas gift. Be warned. Do not give this place your money. It is a scam.

I tried to give zero stars but it would not allow me. I can't believe this. I placed my order on Dec 5th I received a tracking number that it was guranteed to be delivered today. I looked at my tracking number today once it didn't show and UPS says it hasn't left the store yet only label scanned. After I email and call 3 times I fianlly get someone from the call center on the phone. She was very nice and called someone in shipping and called me back to say they were out of white fabric and haven't even started making the bear. I have a choice either another color or it won't be here by Christmas. This would have been nice to know before the Friday before Christmas. So, I say if you want your bear on time check somewhere else. I can't give a review on the product because I still don't have it.They did not mind billing my credit card for the full amount as soon as the order was placed. Plus why when it is such a big issue doesn't someone from the company call me instead of the call center. The only thing this company has going for them is a nice call center!!! BEWARE....
