The way it is setup is misleading. They give you membership for $19 then after you pay you realize that you are in a queue and must pay extra to surpass the queue, and after you pay the extra you still get a message that you are in a queue and must even pay more. This is worse than many scams online. Really disappointed.

BigMotion Review – Misleading and No Refund
I subscribed for 1 month to test BigMotion. After only 30 minutes I realized the platform is extremely limited and does not deliver what it promises.
They claim you can create automatic videos for YouTube monetization – but this is false. YouTube clearly does not monetize this type of AI-generated slideshow content.
When I asked for a refund immediately (the same hour), they refused under any circumstances. You are forced to pay a significant amount just to test a tool full of restrictions.
Even worse, the package I paid for is literally called “Milionar” on the invoice, suggesting you can become rich with their tool – which is completely unrealistic and misleading.
I cannot recommend this product. Be careful before subscribing – there are far better alternatives, transparent and honest with customers.
Any contact was refused, you are able to communicate only with Bots.

If I could get less stars, I would. This software is so bad, you wouldn't believe it. And the price is outrageous, when you think about how bad the product is. I wouldn't buy a rotten Apple a month for 24£, but I'd rather eat that, than spending my money, on your shitty software. You put shame on software ingeniers all over the world. Shame.

appena dopo 2 ore di utilizzo mi sono reso conto della scarsita del prodotto. Non genera correttamente testi e traduzioni . I video sono solo una sequenza di immagini. Le funzionalita sono molto limitate . In oltre la procedura di interruzione della sottoscrizione è resa volutamente complessa per scoraggiare chi non vuole piu usarlo. Il link del sito non funzione e devi contattare l'assistenza via mail senza alcuna garanzia dei tempi di risposta. La pratica di disdetta è fortmente scorretta ed annidata non è semplice da trovare e non è diretta ma deve passare attraverso una complessa procedura burocratica.

The quality is so low, it didn't look like what they showed on the landing page. The worst part is you can't get a refund!!!! the support don't do anything.

The generation image creator does not work after creating 30 plus videos. There're other ai tools better than this. I thought Big Motion was gonna be it but it being a 1 year old company its still in its infancy. Subscriptions look complicated so with that said it's not worth it. Customer support is trash but can improve. In over all this ai product can work if the company works at improving it all around.

I believe I have been scammed. I tried to email the and it says invalid. The receipt I have is from Lithuania, but I seen on the web that it is in Canada. There is no where for me to cancel my subscription in the accounts section or subscriptions. Can some please give me the correct email

A queue to register? This is probably the worse service ever

I’ve been exploring bigmotion for a little while now, and it’s worth it. I mainly use it for creating quick clips for my channel, and it’s been a real time&ideas saver (i sometimes lack ideas for videos).

I do wish there were some more basic editing tools, but overall, it’s a solid platform. I’ve emailed them several times, happy with the responses. Looking forward to seeing what new features they add.

1 big probleme they did not give you demo that you can test this ai,in first step they want money.

I was really surprised that it is now possibly to create videos completely automatically.
I used automatic video creation feature and then uploaded videos to YT Shorts.
What i liked:
- fully automaticaly video creation
- the soundtrack, which was appropriate fr the video (in my case - meditation tips)
- and the fairly original ideas (for those who just started their meditation journey)
Here's some advice for those who want to make a viral video: prepare and and work out the scripts in advance , fill in all the necessary fields in YT Studio like description, hashtags etc, and not just use autoupload.

I like bigmotion. I was surprised by some negative reviews—many seem to come from users who didn’t fully understand how to use it. The support is helpful and the interface is simple. The images and videos are better quality than similar services. It could use more features and customization, but that may come with time. Overall, it’s a solid service with good potential

I signed up and they sent me an email saying I would need to wait for my video. It had no people on color and got everything all wrong. When I canceled the next day they said they would refund my money. Fast forward 2 week later still no refund.i emailed .again and they said they don't do refunds scam

Big scam this. Don’t waste your time promises are all false.

I just pay for a subscription that I tried to create an image to video as soon as I said generate, they told me to buy more credit, all my prior subscription gone and there's nowhere I can report the issues $19.00 just flushed.

A huge scam. They are attempting charge my bank card time to time. Also the video they generated are horrible, bad quality and no any content value!

Waste of money! Terrible videos that get no views! I will not spend another dime!
