We ordered two large floor rugs and the price was perfect and the delivery was within one week. Absolutely over the moon with our purchases. I had been browsing on the internet looking at floor rugs when Big Bedding Australia's website came up in Google. Up until then, I did not know that Big Bedding Australia existed. We are extremely happy with the quality of the floor rugs and also with the ease of ordering and delivery. May I also add the delivery driver was personable and brought the rugs into the house rather than leave them on the front verandah. 10/10 all round.

I feel the doona cover that I bought for 100 and something dollars was not worth. For money is better quality in Kmart which I was very disappointed. Cheap and nasty. The material is not it’s not worth the money would never buy another doona sets and ever again from bedding. Sorry but I did buy a doona. That was absolutely fantastic. I would recommend anybody to buy a doona from you guys

I am happy with my order, especially after my call, querying when I will receive the product. It is on its way. The time taken to arrive is due to many issues that impact the delivery faced by and through Australia Post.
Of course I cannot say anything of the product, other than I am looking forward to receiving and using it.

As I'm a senior I asked how would I assemble my new chair and was told a man would deliver and bring it in and assemble. Well an man delivered and was going to leave on the side of an open carport near the grass and the weather wasn't good. I asked if he could please bring it in and he said I'm not paid to do that. After a lot of pleading he pushed the huge box which had difficulty getting through the door in and left it just inside the door. Leaving me no room to get to the other rooms and toilet. Chair still in the box and as I'm an elderly lady I had no way of moving the box or getting the chair out. I ended having to ring someone I knew 15klms away and seeing if she could call her grandson and if he had a friend to come and get the chair out and move the huge box. I was very lucky they were able to come and do it as I dont have any family.
I'm slowly getting used to the new chair. Not as cumfy as the last one and creaks and grons when it moves.
A bit dissapointed but hope I'll get more used to it.

I Ordered an electric blanket but was faulty. Notified you got a response to try which was already done. Advised them still not working but have not heard back. the last email sent was 20/3. I would like a refund but would be nice if someone actually contacted me. very poor service

I love this pillow. It's soft and firm and I sleep like an angel.
