Big Apple Florist kicks big apple a$$! You guys rock so hard it makes my legs shake! Every person I talk to over the phone makes me want to quit my job and come work with you. The flowers are always on time, always beautiful and always just what I wanted. Use them or you will lose them! I give them the full 5 star Excellent rating. Keep it up!

If you ever need to order flowers, no need to think twice, call Big Apple Florist. They did a magnificant floral arrangement for one of the employees congratulating her on the birth of her daughter - when she called to thank everyone she commented on the beautiful floral arrangement she received. Big Apple is very reliable and the customer service is fantastic.

Delivery was difficult due to security surrounding the UN. Big Apple kept me posted on the delivery status, and continued attempted deliveries until they were successful. When they were finally successful, I received an email letting me know. Great service and communication.

we ordered 3 pcs of green to decorate our stand at NY NOW recently.
unfortunately the delivery was 1 day late, so we miss the greens on the first day - the opening of the show...

I called many florists in the area and Big Apple Florists was only florists that sent me a photo of bouquet before sending out! They also sent notice saying it was delivered.

Being from Iowa, I thought price was steep compared to home.

I'm a retired florist, and for$85 I would have made the arrangement fuller and with more variety. Too many red roses, not enough interesting selections.

My Boss called me at 10:00 am to ask me to order flowers for one of our employees and they had to be delivered by 12:00 pm (She was leaving at 12:00 pm for the day). I called Apple Florist and they, not only delivered the flowers before noon, but the arrangement they sent was just beautiful! The employee had received a few arrangements that morning for her birthday, but the only one she took home was the one from Apple.

I will only order from Apple Florists from now on!!

I used Big Apple for the first time and was very impressed with their prompt delivery and beautiful product. I called in and within about 1 hour the bouquet arrived. It was beautiful and exactly as I'd ordered. I'd definitely use them again!

Service, turn around time & end product were all AMAZING, the only drawback was how expensive it was, but that's the price you pay for flowers through a florist (especially in NY). Overall VERY happy with what I paid for.

I was SHOCKED! when I went to visit my boyfriend at work. I was looking hard to see where his plant was....N I found it in a corner....and was so EMBARRASSED at what I saw! The plant I ordered from you, was a small pot of "Peace" plant. At about 3" Wide by about 4" High. I paid a total of $47.91. Your advertisement/what I originally ordered, was a diffenbachia, 5"High x 6.5 Wide. You didn't have it in stock and you offered me a "Peace" plant in place of it. I Agreed, but I was not informed, that this replacement would be much smaller than what I expected and paid for. I would like you to make this right...and replace it with what I originally wanted w/a larger diffenbachia. My boyfriend is in the same building as you...228 E45th St, 3rd Floor (WSP). Please call me to let me know how you are going to help me. I appreciate any help you can offer. I am a customer who is loyal to businesses who do the right thing for their customers.
