Andrew was very friendly and knowledgeable about our old house. The photographer did a fantastic job and the brochure was excellent. Jess did a sterling job in organising the many viewings over the course of nearly a year. Mark and others were a real pleasure to meet as they conducted the viewings.
Everyone was understanding of our probate situation and the sadness involved with selling the family home. It is not cheap to sell a house but we did really feel Bidwells overall did a very good job. It was a shame we didn't end up getting the value we agreed on - had to drop the price a bit after the offer was accepted because of current events, but I am not sure there was a lot we could have done about that. Possibly a little harder bargaining.... not my speciality!

When we first met last year, Ollie gave us a realistic view of the suggested timeline for the sale and the price we can ask for. Bought my new-build through Bidwells. Very easy to get hold of the staff when needed. Good effective communication in general. Felt supported throughout the purchase process. Kept up to date with the build progress.

The developers Brampton Valley Homes were also very helpful. Again, easy to contact via phone & email. The site manager took note of my preferences and acted on them. The development is still unfinished but have not had any trouble with the ongoing building work/traffic/noise.
