Used cab service twice and each time the cab was dirtyfrom inside with overhead carpets badly dirty. The cabs were very old, worn out and damaged at places. Above that I was overcharged twice in the name of waiting charges of Rs. 54 and Rs. 66 when we didn't make the driver wait at all. There is no proper customer service at all.

The ride itself was acceptable, but the overall management at the airport was highly disappointing. The vehicles provided were poorly maintained, with most appearing old, worn-out, and in dilapidated condition.

After lodging a complaint, a replacement vehicle was provided, which was satisfactory. However, the first vehicle had no air conditioning, and the driver initially claimed that the AC fare was not included.

Additionally, the cost was on the higher side, making the experience overall very unsatisfactory.

Yesterday I booked a taxi from airport every Driver denied because it was ride for Rs.450/- only.i know it will happen here but I was not feeling well.once again I go to booking counter then provide me cab .The mostly driver worst.

Booked a cab with#bharat taxi and got charged an extra 38rs after the short ride and duration without any clear reason, looks like many others are facing the same issue. Please fix the pricing transparency and refund the extra charges

Good experience.

The taxi service hires local sub contractors and promises no language problems.
The local taxi guys using the language barrier extorts money and this cab service doesn’t take any action against them. They charge you very heavily and do not even register the complaint.

We booked 8 days trip with bharat taxi from 4th June to 11th June 2023 and spent almost Rs 47000 on the cab services.

It was a pathetic experience.
The driver MR SURESH CAR NO: KA 51C 6767 was highly unethical and unprofessional.

We booked 7+1 innova though we were just 6 people for our comfort, but the driver was seating with his seat pushed back so much that the person sitting behind him had no space to sit even after consistent reminders.

He questioned us everywhere for the hotels we booked as he wanted 5 star facilities for himself and was always behind us for the choice of our hotels though basic facilities were given to him already.

Though we had 2400 kms and we paid for it, but driver took us anywhere only by his choice.

The car was a very old model, his front right door handles got damaged just after softly touching it which was just a normal wear and tear but he tried to fool us that Toyota company has said it will cost Rs 3000. We ourselves went to Toyota workshop, were we were told that for this model it will just cost Rs 730. The driver was still adamant that he wants chrome finish handle which costed Rs 1300, though the earlier handle was a local one, and not of the Toyota company. He forced us to pay Rs 1300 extra for this and the company BHARAT TAXI took no steps to solve this issue.

The driver was driving at 30km/hr when we are heading to a destination and 80km/hr on hills in rain on the same road when going back to the hotel and the speed even went to 120km/hr on the normal roads. Highly unsafe driving.

The driver didn't allow us to touch anything inside the car, denied to take us back if our slippers are wet or dirty on the beach, asked us not to eat anything inside, and much more.

It's a pathetic cab service which spoiled our 8 days trip and huge amount of money.
The driver was unethical, but even after conveying the company took no corrective measures.

No control over cab quality and cab provider. Even when can owner charges you additional money unfairly. Bharat taxi is helpless. Not reliable at all.

The cab itself had bad tyres and they got flattened on the way. Had to struggle and loose couple of hours in 43 degrees. Not just 1 tyre but the 2 tyres.

Cab owner didn't sent the taxi as confirmed by Bharat taxi. Rather they sent personal cab. Still charged State tax around 1600 and not provided any receipt.

When raised this with Bharat taxi, they are just helpless. They keep saying that they will connect with local manager and sort it out but they just don't care.

Avoid at all the cost.

I am writing this review because i am frequent traveler due to my company work. I felt the service is excellent. Cab is very good driver is very nice. I recommend to use Bharat Taxi. bharattaxi.com online best cab service.

NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE. I USED ONCE AND NEVER GONNA USE THIS AGAIN. NOT EVEV WORTH FOR HALF STAR RATINGS. OVER ALL VERY VERY POOR SERVICE.

Bharat Taxi is the most reliable taxi service in India. The Bharat Taxi company made it easy for me to book a cab...!!

I booked (booking id BT668233) for airport transfer on 18.01.2021 and made the advance payment in the morning but still after 3 days the payment was not credited to my bharattaxi account & booking is showing as 'pending' though the amount was deducted from my bank account and the payment reference (with reference number) mail was received from their payment gateway(atomtech). Before making the advance payment, there was several mail from them to make the advance payment (like chasing for payment) but once I made the payment, they sent no mail and after calling their customer service number on same date evening, they attended and once they heard my complaint, they assured me to solve it but did nothing and when i was calling them again, they r immediately keeping my call on hold and when I called them today(21.01.21), after listening my complaint they cut my phone and when I tried to call again, they might have blocked my mobile number as it was not getting connected again ! I sent the email to their customer service email id (as per this website, email id cud not mention here as its not allowed) but no reply even no acknowledgement! Advance payment was not much (rs. 300) but i am sure (seeing their fraudulent way of working and avoiding), they r the bad company and thus collecting small advance payment from all customer who fall in their online taxiservice trap and as its a small amount, people may not go after them and this is the advantage, they r taking and making illicit money! unlike other standard car rental/ hire service company, intentionally they r not taking full payment online but a small part of it. And also i think, whoever customer will go for this small payment, they might have returned too as they expect such return case may be 1-2 percent! so, ultimately they r in huge profit without any investment. imagine if this practice they did for several years, how much money they made out of just small amount per customer for no service! I wrote because people shud be aware and beware of them and better avoid this fraud company

I booked a cab 7 days prior to my date of journey but they have not send any cab on the date of my journey.So found them very unprofessional. Even they were not bothered to call me and arrange for a different cab. After that i have to take follow up with they to return my advance amount that u paid at the time of booking.After many follow up they returned my money.I will never avail there service again neither i will refer them to anybody

Great service from Bharat Taxi and team it was a comfrtable ride and good condition cab. Driver was also good and polite. Took and us around and completed the trip hassle free. Book taxi in Mangalore from - G-1 Ground Floor Kings Court Apartment, near Kaprigudda Masjid, Attavar, Mangalore, Karnataka 575002 for a great service. We have no complain of any kind from the service.

Beware Everyone. Not Sure how they got the good reviews below, but with me these guys have cheated.
I have booked the cab through them for my Trip to Badrinath from Rishikesh. All i requested them was the cab to be comfortable, neat, clean and not too old(as the route was hilly and dangerous). I did this request multiple times and they assured me it would be fullfilled. They quoted the proce of Rs16,000 ALL INCLUSIVE for a trip of 4 days.
Before a day their contact in Rishikesh started throwing tantrum that AC will not be switched on. He even went to the length of lying that in mountains driving an AC car is not allowed. I contacted backthe agent of BHARAT taxi who facilitated booking, she promsied to get back but never revert.I only approached her, on the 3rd attmept she said that i would need to pay Rs 2000 extra per day if WE want AC, going back on her words of Rs16000 ALL INCLUSIVE. BY this time it was already late and we thought of going ahead with the journey. Next morning when the car arrived at our hotel, we were taken aback at the conidtion of the car. The seats were all soiled up and its was stiking like something has died inside the car. It was 8(thanks to Driver, so didnt came at the decided time of 6 AM and was delayed by 2 hours)in the morning and we had 13-15 hours of travel ahead of us , we couldnt afford to looase any time. On Speaking to the owner of the car, he plainly said that car was washed and put the blame on Driver that he forgot the seat covers.
So we used the NEWPAPER on our Seats (i have the pictures of Soiled seats if anybody intrested) and purchased and air fresherner and used that in the car to make the smell bearable. Entire way we had to keep on spraying on the seats and in the car to make our journey bearable. Had our Guruji not been with us, i would have reported these guys to police then and there only.
During the entire trip we had to keep on spraying. Another highlight was Driver who was not a safe driver at all, every 2 hours we had to remind him to drive safe and slow.
Entire trip i kept on complaining Bharat taxi about the conditions but no actions were taken from their side. They already had the their commision pocketed as an advance, so i believe they dont even bother.
I am not sure on the other routes, but in Rishkesh i would NOT recommend this site.
On My return back to Rishikesh, i enquired about same trip cost from other Cab/Taxi shops and it came out to be 14,000 ALL inclusive(Along with AC).
All i can say is i got cheated and these guys made fool of me. My Only fault was to trust these guys and not inquring in the market. I did so many trips in India and across other countries, it never happened with me.
So word of Caution for Everyone if you are planning to hire from them while in Rishikesh/Haridwar. Otherwise get ready to be cheated and pay for dry cleaning of your clothes

I booked a cab with Bharat Taxi and it worked out well.
The driver they sent was very good to his behavior as well as driving abilities also.
I also recommend it to my friends and colleagues
I had booked a cab for 3 days trip to Patna and it cost me around ₹ 7500/- for around 600km.
The price was not costly according to its efforts, the quality of the vehicle and the driver's behavior was excellent.
