These reviews got to be lies! I wore my wig for the first time and by the end of the night it was matted so bad! Definitely not 100% human hair it looks horrible for the amount of money I spent

Amazing hair!!! It was true to its length and its size and the density was good too. I loved it, the lace melted really well and made me look good too. Will definitely have to but from here again!!!!

I'm leaving this review so that other people will know how the product is. I will not be paid for a fake review. I've bought multiple wigs from them because the wigs were in my budget at the time. The wigs are good for a few months. The deep wave, kinky curly and kinky straight all smell like fish. The straight hair and body wave wigs are NOT good because of the SHORT pieces of hair mixed in with the long pieces which makes the hair full at the top and not the bottom. After about 3 months of use, the hair on the lace starts to go bold. The water wave hair is full at the top but gets thin at the ends because they put short strands of hair with the long strands. The wig will maybe last for about 8 months depending on how often you wear it and how good you take care of it. I bought a few wigs from them because it was in my budget at the time but im about to start buying expensive wigs only because Im tired of buying cheap wigs that don't last from BGMgirl. I need better quality hair that doesn't smell like fish when it get wet and I also need a wig that is consistent with the length (meaning the same length throught the entire wig. I don't like the fact that they mix super short pieces of hair with the long strands, it shows like really bad. Also the amount of split ends is terrible. What can I say, you get what you pay for. I don't think that this hair is human hair because when I comb it when it's wet, it feels like plastic. Also the hair doesn't hold curls well that's why I stayed with the curly wigs, easy to manage. Also they say that the lace is Pre bleached and it's not. They use a wig cap underneath the lace to give it the tented look, meanwhile the very edges of the lace is white. Hopefully one day they can get rid of the fish smell on the wigs. Also this company offer money to leave fake reviews so don't believe the reviews that says that every thing is good. If your looking for quality then this company is not it.

It's my second wig and I'm so happy. The hair is of very good quality, shipping is fast. The girls respond quickly on Instagram and listen to customers. I advise you to order the eyes close girls! ☺️

Amazing experience with the brand! I am now at my third wig with them and I can honestly say that I am in love with them, especially the lace and the fact that there’s no prepping that needs to be done. Apply a bit of foundation and you’re ready to go!

The wigs I bought were silky soft and posted within a good timeframe considering it was shipping from US to UK. Although I’ve had to return one item, the process with Bgm customer team has Bern nothing short of seamless.

I love bgmgirl hair. It's suit me so well and so easy to wear. So natural, peaople thought it was my real hair as it so much looks like mine. I am grateful bgmgirlhair as I received my hair just on time for my birthday.

This a true review sorry but most reviews on this product seem are either paid for or have had the product free for influencing and promotional reasons. After many attempts over a period of 4 months I have tried to get a refund or exchange as the hair was thin on arrival and i showed them the day it arrived on email with pictures. It was not what was advertised unfortutanly messages going back and forth to them and all they keep offering me is £20 then up to £30 and now £40 as a good will gesterture. I have send pictures of the hair shedding and balding even though it arrived thin as it was and wasn't full like promised it cost me £170. I find £40 a good will gesture insulting as £130 would be down the drain. I have never been able to wear this wig due to poor quaility and the company are persistent that the issue isn't the wig infact I should style it a certain way so it appears full like what? Really?. The viral chocolate wig straight out the box you said and now u want me to style it? So I did only to then be told well now that you have styled it sorry we can't refund you.

Please stay away from this company they really have no empathy and will rob you and blame you. I will surely get a response from them stating please reach out and we can resolve it. Erm not with a £40 good will gesture and a bald wig you won't I have been emailing them for atleast 3 months now. ALSO THE WIG SMELLS sorry I will.also be reviewing this company with all the emails on YouTube for educational purposed with a look at the emails and actually wig quality thanks
